L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Our former favorite eatery in Vegas. Last stop prior to return flight back to East coast.

Price had definitely increased and quality and taste declined.

We ordered Lau Lau plate lunch, mini for my wife and regular for me.

Wife's plate lunch consisting of 1 Lau Lau, 2 scoop rice and container of mac salad.

Mine were 2 Lau Lau with 2 scoop rice and container of mac salad.

Lau Lau was plain tasting, we had to add soy sauce just to get the distinct "salty" flavor of "normal" taste we were used to having.

Mac salad as the ONLY thing that tasted normal.

We also got 2 manapuas as a snack treat. They too were plain tasting with what's supposed to be filled with char-siu pork.

They had no distinct Char-siu flavor we were accustomed to from past visits and didn't look too appetizing.

Overall, dissatisfied with increased price AND tasteless food.

Went this afternoon ordered 1 kalbi and fried shrimp combo and a lau lau plate the worst lau lau I've ever had so so dry no flavor at all just terrible

I was coming from California to visiting the restaurant but the cashier was rude with my family and The girl did not let us enter the bathroom after buying her food and told us with a bad attitude to use the bathroom in the other place and very bad and my son had to use the bathroom .. I will go to call the owner because that’s not good for customers..

After ordering from here yesterday I can tell all of these reviews are fake this food is garbage I cannot believe L&L let these guys use their name this is not Hawaiian food there's no flavor no flavor on the chicken no flavor on the beef and the worst part the mac salad if you leave a review saying this is the best Hawaiian food or that they're good you have never had Hawaiian plate lunch before garbage do not eat here

Located on Las Vegas Blvd fronting the South Premium Outlet Mall you will find L&L Hawaiian Baebeque located next to the UPS store. Food here is fresh and hits the spot. Usually order the L&L Saimin, side of macaroni salad, chicken katsu, fried shrimp and poke. The lord knows I won’t leave here without eating my ahi poke:-). The workers here are friendly, quick and very hard working. I’ll be back soon.

Got #47 & garlic shrimp ?... I walked in with a bad attitude and left HAPPY WITH A FULL BELLY ?... Broth was full of flavor ?

I've never had barbecue like this before. It was delicious! My idea of short ribs was off. These ribs were very tasty. I enjoyed trying something new. I will definitely return to try more of their dishes.

Well I said I would try them so I got a hamburger combo with fries, and they gave me alot of fries but, they was hard as potato chips. So most I could not eat. Next the bun was also hard as a brick. I show it to him and how I could not even bend the hard bun. I don't think you could break the bun unless you had wire cutters. He told me that's how their Bunns are. He really should have given me a new sandwich. I ended up just taking the meat off the bun and eating it like that. Most the fries I could not eat because they were like potato chips. So there you have it. It was like a $9 combo meal. It happened around 1pm the 3rd of June.

The food is always awesome. The mix BBQ combo is one of my favorite. Between that andThe Kahlua pork with cabbage and rice there's no reason to get anything else. That is some if the best take out I've ever eaten.

I ordered delivery from here. The food was on point, simply AMAZING !! I drive over the road and wanted good food getting back on the road. I ordered Loco Moco , Spam Musubi and Portuguese sausage. All of which was AMAZING. I've been wanting to try these dishes for years and finally had a chance here , (I live in NC ) . So , yes highly recommend if you're in Las Vegas !!!
