First time eating here, great food big portions. Only gripe the sriracha brand packets i dont think its the original but way to salty, ruined the food for me.

They always close 25-30 mins early. To keep this brief, they act different when you don’t tip for take outs, the customer service with majority of their locations are low but seriously, closing early is probably the worst for this location.

I could tell you a story, but I’ll try to keep this brief. Truly just disappointed by how my wife and two year old child were treated this evening. We came in and placed our order around 8:12pm. My car was charging across the street and I needed to pick a few things up. So I ate and went to go grab some stuff for our kid while they finished their meals. Mobilizing a toddler during a road trip isn’t easy, and I knew I’d be back before they closed. My wife calls me at 8:45(15 minutes after I left) saying they’re being kicked out of the restaurant. Place says it closes at 9pm. I arrived at 8:50pm to see the middle aged female employee closing the door and my wife and toddler standing on the curb. The employee might have saved 2 minutes, but was willing to leave a woman and child in a compromised position. Truly unbelievable. But judging from the reviews, this seems to be the culture here. We all have stuff to do and lives to live, but dang, that’s just plain rude. Food was solid, but the character here does not align with the ethos of good spirited Hawaiian fare.

It's been a while, still has great food but I guess like everywhere else prices went up. Sticker shock to me.
Parking: Clean. Not stingy when you ask for extra sauces.

I typically go here during my lunch break on Saturdays. Florina is always helpful and has my order ready. I call it in, when I arrive, food is there waiting for me. They're better than trying to order fast food. Food is fresh and tasty. Good location.

Good but overpriced, and you can't even sub the fried shrimp for garlic shrimp on the seafood platter, even though it's the same price on the individual platters. Wouldn't even budge... can't even get any kind of garlic sauce on the side!
Ridiculous, especially with the price of the plates. Last time going here, plenty of other Hawaiian BBQ places to patronize!
Oh and the macaroni salad is great when it's made right, but half the time, it tastes fishy
