Ordered 18 tamales, strawberry, chicken, pork, cheese. The Pork tamales tasted terrible, like they were spoiled. The other tamales were ok. I brought back the pork tamales, told them they tasted spoiled, the nice lady at the register called the manager, "Rosa". Came back saying they couldn't process refunds, I could only get more tamales. I told her that's fine, I don't want a refund, but I'll take something different, as the tamales were bad. She called Rosa again, this time Rosa talked to me on speaker phone, saying, "it's not my fault you don't like the tamales, we can't give you your money back our system is blocked for refunds, get more tamales, that's all we can do. I told her I wasn't looking for a refund, just exchange for anything else (only a total of $14 btw), she said no only tamales. At that point I told her give me my money back then or I'm reporting you. "Rosa" told the lady at the register, "give him his money back, but save the camera footage, don't ever sell him tamales again. I support small businesses, which is why initially, I didn't even ask for a refund, but this woman, "Rosa", is really bringing the business down. She needs to face real consequences for treating a patron this way. It's not my first time here, the workers are always very friendly, I've come here many times with my entire family. I don't know if I'll ever come back now. I didn't even keep the refund, I left it as a tip for the lady at the register, as she was visibly nervous about the whole situation. I'm sorry they have to work under such conditions. I hope the owner sees this and takes action

So disappointed in the way the manager handled our concern. Bought Tamales for our dinner and took them home, when we went to try them we realized they were rotten! We brought them back and asked if we could exchange for something different, the manager had the nerve to say "it's not my fault you don't like the tamales" are you joking? THEY WERE ROTTEN. We like to support small businesses, this place is going to lose business if they don't rethink who they choose to resolve their customer concerns.

When I got red tamales, they were rotten. Terrible attitude from the manager and refusal for refund until threat of report

Don't eat the tamales here and the "manager" Rosa is rude. The rest of the staff is very friendly, I'm sorry to the employees that have to deal with her.

The ice cream delicious, my favorite it’s the mangoneada. The elotes and esquites are delicious. The ladies are very nice and the location inside very clean.

Went in today near closing time. The place was clean, cute and offered a variety of super delicious ice cream flavors and an assortment of other treats. The staff were also very friendly! Can’t wait to go again and try something new!

Their freshly squeezed juices, corn cups, mangonada, and tamales are delicious. The mangonada is made with their mango ice cream. The tamales are fluffy and tasty. Everyone is friendly and the place is well kept.
