Visited Lago for lunch and it was a fantastic experience. It was nice and quiet during the day and we were able to sit outside with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains. The weather was great, which made the outdoor seating even better.

Service was 10/10 from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the team were attentive throughout the whole meal.

The food was outstanding. The bread was soft and tasted freshly made, and the beef carpaccio was honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’d return to Vegas just for that dish alone. The pasta was cooked perfectly and clearly made in-house; you could really taste the freshness and that homemade feel.

Overall this is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited, and easily the best beef carpaccio I’ve ever had.

We went thinking about enjoying our day but went there and it was completely ruined. There was a one hour wait time and we ended up waiting for two hours and thirty minutes. And we didn’t even get anything. Would not recommend.

We celebrated Valentine’s dinner here and the experience was truly wonderful. While the restaurant is on the pricier side, it is absolutely worth it for the quality, atmosphere, and service. The food was exceptional, the drinks were perfectly prepared, and the staff made our evening feel special from start to finish. This is one of the places’ we always look forward to visiting when we’re in Las Vegas. Thank you for making our night so memorable

Food is not bad but the service, in particular the hostess, makes this place not worth it one bit. Perhaps the lady’s at the front need proper training to treat customers with a little decency.

I have been a patron of this establishment for nearly a decade, and the food has consistently met expectations—reliable and dependable, which is precisely why I have continued to return as a longtime Las Vegas resident. Regrettably, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing and will likely be my final one.
Our server was warm, friendly, and attentive, providing the only positive highlight of the evening. In contrast, the host staff displayed a noticeable lack of courtesy. Despite having made a reservation a month in advance, we were offered only a table in the bar area or a 30-minute wait, with no apparent effort to accommodate our confirmed booking.
Service throughout felt disorganized. The busser began clearing the adjacent table and placed items directly onto ours without consideration. More concerning, the lasagna arrived cold in the center. Although we promptly returned it, the replacement took so long that it could not be enjoyed, and it remained untouched. Nevertheless, the full charge for the dish appeared on the bill, with no adjustment or courtesy extended.
As a loyal local customer who has supported this restaurant for years, this experience was particularly disheartening. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others based on this visit.

We went here for our anniversary and loved it! The atmosphere is gorgeous and unique, all of our food and drinks were delicious and our server really went above and beyond for us! There was a small wait on our food and they completely comped our meal. I couldn’t believe our luck! Would definitely go here again.

Food was fantastic and great service from Alessandro. I had the Caesar salad and the carbonara. Caesar salad was like a citrus like, with many pieces of broccolini. Lovely.

We reserved pretty early and got the best seats in the place and we were so grateful

The food/pasta had a great taste and consistency. Great sauce and seasoning. Just a smaller portion, for the price.

Great food and service. Everything was delicious! The view is great too. Ordered lasagna. Prices are in range for what to expect in Las Vegas. Would recommend if you want italian.
