I’m a local. I work across the street. I don’t recommend for other locals or visitors. They have one guy working by himself as a server who moves like slow. I work in food too and you would see me try to move the line. I feel like he was doing it to get people to walk away. I came here after going to the fremont food court that was a full house. I had one person behind me and it took 30 minutes to get my food. I blame Boyd gaming and management for being low staff, and hiring someone who isn’t moving with a purpose. If you’re visiting don’t come here.

The food here is satisfactory, neither exceptional nor terrible. It offers good value for the price, particularly the shrimp cocktail. The service was excellent, especially considering there was only one employee managing the front counter on a busy Sunday evening. There was a slight delay in placing our order, but the individual was doing their utmost, likely due to what appeared to be inadequate scheduling by management.

5 star!!! For the oxtail soup! But the cashier lady was sooo rude to everyone. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but I didn't like how she was yelling at customers. She looked very and acted very irritated. If you hate your job, then find a new job. Just bc you're stressed or annoyed, that doesn't give you the right to yell at customers or give them attitude. I get it. Work can be stressful sometimes, but if you need to take a break, take it. It was really uncomfortable. Sending the cashier positive vibes & healing. Also, I understand they were short staff.. I just wish she was more polite to customers who were just simply trying to order food or asking for extra condiments. I get it. Some customers could be rude too, but it still doesn't give you the right to yell at other customers.

Other than that. Best oxtail soup! This will always be my favorite place for a late night munch whenever I visit.

I have been to lani express they have gradually upped there price on the 2 entree combo Chinese food if you want to call it that.
The last couple times food was old and cold not mention the worker put a spoon full of food then took some out the portions are crap never again

Alot of people come to this snack bar. You folks need to try out the Oxtail Soup. You will be happy that you did. Kudos to the staff and management.

I came in and ordered a plate. The woman working Lettica was rude and unwelcoming maybe angry that she has to work where she works I don’t know. The food wasn’t even portioned properly not a scoop I paid $16 for a plate and the rice was crunchy. I’d hope to see better staff at least then the entire experience wouldn’t be so bad. It started off with an attitude from someone that hates their job to the food quality being low.

Came in today for hot dog special. $7.99 w/drink,, $2 extra for chili. Ordered chili dog. Promptly advised “there’s no chili today as you can see that” (wow) anyway settled for the hot dog and drink. Bun was cold/stale, hot dog lukewarm “waterlogged “? This place was a downtown treasure back in the day.
If it was a $3 buck deal it might be worth it … place was nearly empty. How do you put a cold dog into a cold bun and serve it??

I got two meals to go. you get fried rice or lo mein noodles. choice of two meats. I got pepper beef and beef broccoli. cost was 32.00 total. not a bad price considering what meals cost in Las Vegas. the quality was better than the Chinese take out I get at home.will I go here again yes

I understand the term cheap eats but even that has its limits. I was standing next to my buddy when he ordered, but after he paid, 2 people jumped infront of me and the gentleman at the register chose to serve the others, so I was made to wait an extra 10 mins. The fried rice had no flavor and the orange chicken was chewy, like if it was made of rubber. Genuinely, the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

On Monday, 1/26/2026, I had the worst oxtail soup of my life. There was zero taste to it and ended up throwing it away. Paid $27.00. Will never order it again.👎🏿

Super slow. Theres only 1 lady doing everything by herself. Took me 15 mins to get my order in with only 2 others in front. 15 more mins after that for my food. Unimaginable slowness.

I'm staying at the four Queens one wanted a late night snack I'm actually dinner I didn't eat dinner but anyway I'm googling around find some low expensive food and I come across this restaurant right across the street the Fremont hotel I went over there I wanted to teriyaki bowl and a hot dog she told me the bowls are separate so I have to get a bowl of rice and a bowl and chicken teriyaki so they don't have bowls.. secondly the pricing on the menu here on the internet as of today it's totally wrong everything is triple the amount the hot dog and soda combo for 399 don't exist the chili dog for 549 it's $9.99 it's totally a bait and switch thing you get there you wait in line for half an hour you get up there and then they ring you up and it's surprise you know so for two hot dogs I was going to pay 20 bucks I'm not doing it.. The worker called the supervisor! She was making excuses I showed her the online prices she said nothing! How can she be a supervisor?! very disappointed with this place and for it to happen in the Fremont hotel very disappointed the hotel I'll never stay there all because of this restaurant just be aware this menu on Google pricing is wrong by far I really don't want to give many stars have to give him one I guess so anyways good luck to you so I went to steak and shake got two of their special..
