Very good! Everything is fresh, and the tea is delicious. Tried white peach oolong and osmanthus oolong milk tea, both are great. Only had 25% sweetness on the osmanthus, but it was perfect for me. Strong tea taste.

I was in the area for an appointment and decided I wanted to grab a boba tea for the drive home. I saw that Landmark Tea was just minutes away from where I was and the reviews looked good, so I decided to give it a try! The spot is located in a mini mall in the general China Town area. Even though the outside appears unassuming, the inside is actually quite cozy and beautiful, with nice decor touches like wooden furniture, warm, deco-y designs, and vibrant accent colors.Upon glancing at the menu, I was pleased to see brewed tea options (look for Teapresso Milk Teas on the menu) available at this location! My favorite milk teas are freshly brewed, and not all boba places offer this option. Additionally, they offer cheese cream (a.k.a. "cheese foam") which is always a nice option to have too; again, not all boba places offer this.Ordering was easy, and the cashier was friendly and answered my questions about caffeine content, etc. After gathering useful information from her, I decided on one of the new Teapresso milk teas, the Genmaicha Milk Tea with tapioca boba, almond milk, 25% sweetness, and less ice. For brewed teas, you should always expect a wait, but to me it is well worth it! The milk tea itself was delicious--creamy with an earthy warmth along with the touch of salty sweetness from the cheese cream. So good! The only thing I would change is the boba; it wasn't bad, but it was a little on the too soft side for me (bordering mushy even, although not quite there).I got my boba to go, but this would be such a cute sit-down place to casually grab boba with a friend, hang out, and enjoy one or two of the games they have. Landmark is now on my go to list for delicious freshly brewed milk tea boba in the area. Hopefully the tapioca bobas gets perfected even more over time and by the next time I drop in!

OMG, I had the most amazing experience at Landmark Bubble Tea! ⭐️ Their bubble tea is out of this world, with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. ? But let me tell you, the real star of the show was their sticky rice. It was absolutely delicious. ? The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend Landmark Bubble Tea for a refreshing and tasty treat! ??Kid-friendliness: Had many games for everyone to play raging from Jenga, to cards.

We were craving some boba and wanted to try somewhere new. Let me tell you this place is another gem to visit. Tucked away in a strip mall was this quiet place there was games for kids to play or just adult to relax and a great overall fun environment. The staff was excellent and the service was very friendly. Their teas blend a mix of thai and a mix of Taiwanese boba. I got the Borran coffee and thought it was excellent my wife got their milk tea and she said it was great. A nice brew tea, not from powder. Overall this is another great place to come and have team and boba. Will be back again.

It's so cool to see all these specialty milk tea/boba/bubble tea shops erupt all over Vegas now. I still remember way back in '98, going inside Chinatown Mall, walking to the back where the lone boba tea shop was and ordering my "go to" drink then...Lychee Slushy (with boba and fresh lychee bits!)...for only $2.50! Hmm...is that place still there?!? LOL. Okay 'nuff with the nostalgia...We were back in town to visit family and it's a must that we eat at our local favorite AYCE sushi spot, and then afterwards squeeze in a boba drink into our already full bellies! My BIL's wife told me there was a new place that opened up, so we gave it a try!Super cute interior with photo worthy backdrops. We were greeted with a friendly smile and were told to ask any questions about their drinks (plus points!). Order up:1. Landmark Milk Tea2. Taro Lava3. Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea4. Toffee Candy Black Tea (with boba)There were no complaints about each person's drink, which was a good thing. I did try the hubby's choice (no.3), and you could taste the smokey oolong, which for me, tasted great! You can do the math and see what the total price of these 4 drinks cost (definitely not $2.50...lol!). Yes it's pricier than the others, and yes, I would definitely go back again next time we're in town to try their most expensive one on their menu!Mango Sticky Rice Slushy, I'm coming for you next time!

Landmark Tea offers quite an interesting selection of drinks not typically seen at other boba shops. I've tried 3 different drinks here on separate visits and they have all just been average. I got the:Boraan x coconut: - This is coffee with coconut water, sort of like an Americano. The employee recommended it to me and made it sound like a life change combination, but it tasted quite simple and exactly what it sounds like, coffee with coconut water. They also added coconut pieces to the drink but they were a little hard and the texture was a slightly off-putting to me.Honey Lemon Yuzu Sparkling:- Simple, citrusy, and refreshing, but not worth the price. You can buy a jar of concentrated honey lemon yuzu jelly from the Asian grocery store and mix it with sparkling water and you will get exactly what this is.Barley Black Milk Tea:- This drink had a nice toasted barley flavor, similar to a hojicha or genmaicha tea, which gives a unique depth of flavor compared to regular black or green tea. However, this milk tea was very watery and lacked richness. I saw the employee making my drink and he poured the tea from the shaker into my cup, but didn't fill up the cup all the way, left tea behind in the shaker, and filled the rest of my cup with more ice. The boba added to my drink was too hot so it quickly melted all the ice, leaving me with a lukewarm, watery drink. I ordered the drink at 100% sweetness, and this was a little too sweet for me, which was my fault.I haven't tried the mango sticky rice slush, which is what this place is popular for, and all the reviews of the drink seem to be great, so I might come back and give it one more try. Overall, the place itself is very nice, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. There are plenty of tables, chairs, and board games, so it can be a nice place to hang out. The employees were attentive and friendly. However the drinks are quite expensive compared to other boba shops in town.

This boba joint nailed it with their mango sticky rice drink! The flavors were spot on, with the mango adding a refreshing sweetness to the perfectly cooked sticky rice. Highly recommend trying this delightful drink.

A friend brought me here because she thought it was very delicious and recommended it.Since it was my first time, I decided to use the store's name. (I thought it was recommended)I received a 25% sweet version of Landmark Oolong Milk Tea with tapioca added. This was slightly sweet, just the right sweetness for me, and the tapioca was also very delicious. It was my first time drinking oolong milk tea, and it was very delicious♪There were a lot of interesting drink menus, so I would like to come back and try them again.

Did you know that women are better tasters than males? In fact, research from Yale University has found that women have more taste buds on their tongues. I learned all this while playing Landmark Tea's History Channel History Trivia Game.I also learned that Mike D. knows what "www" means. XDOur group had ordered a pickled plum with boba, strawberry hibiscus, landmark oolong, and honey yuzu tea. My strawberry hibiscus drink hit the spot and kept me hydrated while we played an assortment of games after dinner. It wasn't an overly complicated drink though so I won't be writing any sonnets on how it changed my life or anything.Overall, Landmark Tea delivers. For having been the successor of Ding Tea, they do things well!

With such an itch for a refreshing dessert almost every time I have dinner in the area, this is a go to for me!It's hard to find a good mango dessert, and this is one that hasn't disappointed me! It's by far the most refreshing one I've had in town, and I think another reason is, it doesn't melt so fast. Anytime anyone asks me for a dessert recommendation, you can bet this is in the list!

The mango sticky rice slushy is such a unique concept! i loved it ! I even ordered additional sticky rice topping on the side once i was done with my drink because of how good the topping was! they have fun board games on their tables, which allows for a fun, chill atmosphere ! The service is great with a friendly vibe !

I drink this oolong tea every day because freshly brewed tea gives the tea a unique aroma of tea leaves.

I got the Mango Cheesecake Frappe with Oat Milk and 75% sweetness (aka Less sweetness). It was my first time trying it, and I loved it. The addition of the crumbs of cheesecake breading at the bottom was nice! I would definitely try more drinks here. I love places that allow you to customize sweetness levels and have milk alternatives (they also let it be known what contains milk on the menu)Dietary restrictions: Has Milk AlternativesHas sweetness/sugar adjustments
