A must every time I’m in the area!
Friendly owner… love conversating with him. I asked for my food to be Hmong spicy, and he understood the assignment!
Must haves are laab and papaya salad. So refreshing in the desert here.
Don’t hesitate; make your way to Laos Thai Street Food!

We ordered the Lao-style Omega Papaya Salad, chicken wings, jeow som (tomato chutney), and pork laab. Every dish tasted like home.

The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The papaya salad was excellent, with a generous amount of noodles and authentic Lao flavors. The jeow som had a delicious balance of tanginess and heat—I’d rate the spice around a level 2, making it flavorful without being overwhelming. The pork laab was fresh, well-seasoned, and just as comforting as a homemade meal.

The service was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're craving authentic Lao food, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I had written a very harsh review about their egg rolls because they are frozen. But fact is, this place does actually care about their people and I can tell 80-90% of their food is authentic and with how rare that is these days, to complain about just 1 item not being authentic was in poor taste.

I was impressed. The food is really good here! We were visiting Vegas from Long Beach, California. Very hard to beat south East Asian food from Long Beach/LA area. But this spot definitely is a place you need to check out! Tom kha is AMAZING.

The owner was so friendly. Food came out on a timely manner. The food & vibe here is VERY authentic.

Had an amazing experience at Laos Thai Street Food in Las Vegas. The pho was honestly some of the best I’ve had in the city. It wasn’t the traditional style you’d expect, but instead had its own unique twist that made it stand out in the best way possible. The broth was rich, flavorful, and completely addictive.
You can really tell they put their own personality and creativity into the food while still keeping those authentic Lao/Thai flavors. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food came out fresh, and everything felt made with care.
Definitely looking forward to coming back with a bigger group so we can try more dishes across the menu because there were so many things that looked incredible coming out of the kitchen. Highly recommend this spot if you want something different from the usual pho experience in Vegas.

Highly recommend!
Lao and Thai dishes here are fantastic. Every dish bursts with perfect, bold flavors that feel genuinely authentic using bright herbs, balanced heat, and that unmistakable street-style taste. Ingredients are super fresh, and you can tell from the first bite.
Simple, delicious, and satisfying. A real treat!

Authentic, complex flavors, great service. We frequent Lotus of Siam and this is a great local alternative. You won’t be disappointed.

The drunken noodle is one of the best I’ve ever had. Spice levels are 1-10, be cautious! Excellent flavor all around
