Excellent sandwiches, but don't look for any healthy options. The menu is small and they do what they do to perfection. The sandwiches are pretty big, too. If you want a delicious sandwich, come here. 🙂

Got the Bronx Bomber and Dirty Fries. Way too much food for one person. But absolutely delicious. The bread was soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. The combination of flavors was excellent. The fries were also fantastic with a ton of flavor and texture with the toppings.
Went here for work lunch during a conference. Good but very expensive, even for the strip. I had the double burger, which is made fresh to order and basically a homemade Big Mac double smash burger style. It was fresh and pretty good, but nothing you couldn’t make yourself at home. Sandwiches are $18 alone, add $9 for fries and a non-alcoholic drink, before tax and tip. Service was very average despite a large tip at the time of order. The value just isn’t there... For the same price, you can have a sit down meal at mon Ami gabi or similar, with a much better experience.

I had a late-night hankering for a savory eat after an afternoon and evening touring the strip with my husband. We chose Lardo in The Cosmo food court. The atmosphere of the food court is a litte cramped and slightly hectic. Not a whole lot of room to wait after you've placed your order. But we did manage to find a comfortable seat in Lardo's clean dining area. I chose the Beeria Grilled Cheese, which absolutely did not disappoint! The meat was tender and juicy. The bread toasted to crispy perfection. And the consomme was delicious. My husband chose the Pork Ban Mhi sandwich, which he was not the biggest fan of. The bread roll was a bit generic and there was a ton of shredded carrot filler. He finished it though, and after trying a bite of my sandwich, wished he had ordered that one too!

Really good burger and fries. The prices seem a little steep $27 for burger combo (fries and drink)

The Cosmopolitan’s Food Hall is one of the best spots on the Las Vegas Strip when it comes to food options, and I was excited to see this Portland-based sandwich shop open a location there. I had tried the Porchetta sandwich at their original Portland spot before and loved it. On my recent trip to Vegas, I stopped by again and ordered the Birria Grilled Cheese and the Chicken Caesar Sandwich. Both were definitely shareable.
The Birria Grilled Cheese was packed with flavor—the bread was buttery and crispy, and the birria was smoky and well-seasoned. It also came with a delicious birria consomé for dipping, which took it to the next level. The Chicken Caesar Sandwich was just as good—the chicken was thick, juicy, and nicely breaded, the dressing had a great tang, and the bread was super soft. Overall, both sandwiches were incredible, and I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more from the menu.

Located in a fancy food court, this is now one of my favorite sandwich shops in Las Vegas. There are places to sit down and enjoy your food. The service is pretty quick and you’ll enjoy your sandwich!

While eveything is pricy in Vegas I’d say that the food here is definitely worth it. Not pictured is the burger which was so good!

My wife and I decided to get the Beeria Grilled Cheese and it was phenomenal. It was packed with flavor, and the bread was crisp. We have tried quite a few different options at the cosmo and this is one of our favorites!

I guess the menu is constantly changing so if you were looking forward to the Pho sandwich like I was, don't bother. It's gone and to be honest it was the main reason I come to Vegas. I was so disappointed I could've cried, the sandwhich is that good! Bring it back Lardo!!! 😡
Two cheeseburgers, a Birria sandwich, one order of fries with soft drinks was 78.00. The food was good, but insanely overpriced for what it all was.

Good burger but part of the bun was soggy when got it. Asked for regular fries - no herbs or cheese and was a good portion size. Burger also was a good size.
