We visited Black Bear Diner for Father’s Day and unfortunately left disappointed. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself is cute and welcoming, but the food and drinks were really lacking.

Almost everything seemed to be missing basic seasoning and flavor. The dressing tasted like it had no salt, the garlic fries were covered with what seemed like scoops of plain minced garlic without any seasoning, and the pies had an odd gelatin-like taste rather than tasting fresh. The flavored teas and lemonades were extremely tart with no sweetness, and even the iced tea was bitter.

We truly wanted to enjoy our meal, especially for a special occasion, but the overall experience just wasn’t good. The people were nice enough and the atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately the food and drinks missed the mark for us.

A nice variety to select from. Good taste.

I order from here every Saturday unfortunately they mess up my simple order week after week after week I’ve spoken to the managers several times and nothing has changed I typically order very early in the morning when they are NOT busy and nothing changes what a disappointment to mess up food on a simple 4-5 entree order how can you be so incompetent it’s literally as simple as checking the bag or checking off the few items on a list before ruining someone’s meal
Week after week a family member is left without food. Do better Blackbear do better

The food was wicked good. My first time eating biscuits and gravy and needed a long nap afterwards. They were really patient with us. A big family and i was the only english speaker. Would recomend 100%

Ever since I first came into this Restaurant, I've eaten here several times now. I really enjoy their breakfast menu. The selections are huge! Prices are affordable and quantity of food is unbelievable. I highly recommend trying this Restaurant. You will be back also!

Love going here! It's so much nicer to be in the comfort of your own vehicle watch a good movie and get did and snacks for much less than a movie theater.

We moved to Vegas from San Diego in 2024 and always see the commercials. Today we decided to go and we are definitely making it our regular spot. Shaquilla was amazing, gave us her favorite recommendations and she was right. I had the chicken fried steak and by far most flavorful and the gravy was great. I also recommend the biscuits (they are a meal itself because they are huge).

Horrible service today. If I had already not been to this location previously I would never go back. Hopefully was just a bad day for them will try one more time.
