i have visited many a Black Bear diners. we where vising vegas . so I ordered the turkey dinner. are server was Janet. she was super polite. she was on point in ever requests we had. so my dinner came .Janet noted the gravy looked water re . so she said I bring some fresh hot gravy as soon as it ready. my food was kinda cold . probably because of watery gravy she . respond no problem let me fix it. as I observe she was assisting other customers needs . she was multi tasking....

Black Bear Diner is such a great place to eat. The food is always delicious, no matter what you order. This is a perfect place to eat, no matter what time of day. The staff is always pleasant, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Black Bear to anyone. I always take friends there when they come here for a visit

When I first called in with the order name manager stated there was no order by that name
Once I provided items ordered he stated order is ready
I then asked well what name is that order in he reads off the same exact name I just stated three times to him after being told there was no order by that name which means he was not thoroughly...
