We always love seeing Martin and Frederic again. We made new friends this time - Gene and Azeb. Everyone was wonderful as always and the food as well as service was amazing. We never miss a dinner at Le Cirque every time we're in Las Vegas!

Everything was great from when we were greeted by the hostess till when we left the restaurant. Its our first time here though we usually celebrate our anniversary at Picasso and when that closed down we decided to try Le Cirque- we were not disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

First time but will definitely return. Upon entering we were greetly warmly by the hostess and she acknowledged the birthday we were celebrating. I had requested a window seat and was thrilled that they were able to accommodate us. The wait staff was friendly, easy going and experienced. Since we preferred to order a la carte our waiter offered suggestions that were exactly what we wanted. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious. Our favorites were the truffle bread, Sole Meuniere and Grand Marnier Souffle. They presented a lovely birthday dessert plus a stand of chocolates which they wrapped in a beautiful Le Cirque box to go since we were full. The atmosphere is elegant but not stuffy and unlike other restaurants in town, the noise level was low so we could hear ourselves.
amazing 8 course meal, and fun signature cocktails!

An Incredible Dinner with remarkable service - it's not inexpensive but well worth the price! Get the shell fish appetizer!
Dining at Le Cirque’s 8-course tasting menu is not simply a meal—it is a meticulously choreographed experience of elegance, precision, and indulgence. From the moment you step into the jewel-toned dining room, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere that feels both timeless and celebratory, where every detail signals that something extraordinary is about to unfold.
Each course arrives like a work of art, thoughtfully composed and flawlessly executed. The progression of the menu is masterful—delicate flavors build into deeper, more decadent expressions without ever overwhelming the palate. Every bite feels intentional, balanced, and refined, showcasing not only world-class ingredients but a profound respect for technique and tradition. The French cuisine here is elevated to its highest form: rich yet restrained, luxurious yet precise.
What truly sets Le Cirque apart is the seamless harmony between kitchen and dining room. The service is impeccable—attentive without intrusion, knowledgeable without pretension. Each course is presented with confidence and clarity, enhancing appreciation for the craft behind it. Wine pairings are equally inspired, complementing the menu in a way that deepens the overall experience rather than competing with it.
By the final course, there’s a sense of having been taken on a culinary journey—one that lingers long after the table is cleared. Le Cirque’s 8-course menu is the definition of fine dining at its peak: indulgent, unforgettable, and utterly worthy of its reputation. This is not just one of the best meals in Las Vegas—it’s one of the finest dining experiences anywhere.

We were expecting a lot from history and old reputation. Ambiance excellent. Wait staff overly attentive but lacked detailed service. Like not explaining the menu ,which was very difficult to understand , not listing accompaniments to the very limited selections. Not showing on the menu what the ingredients were. The supposedly ultra gourmet meal was a series of poorly paired dishes with fancy ingredients that over powered the dishes. For the week we were in Vegas we ate amazing creative dishes that left lasting memories in all 5 star restaurants all over town. Le Cirque really disappointed and was by far the most expensive with the worst food.

I approached this meal with genuine anticipation, which only heightened the disappointment that followed. From the outset, the experience failed to meet even modest expectations for a restaurant operating at this level. The risotto was the most problematic dish: the chicken was excessively dry, requiring effort to cut, and the risotto itself was overcooked, lacking the precision and refinement one would reasonably expect. At a cost approaching $1,000, these shortcomings are difficult to overlook.
It was surprising , and telling, that no amuse-bouche was offered, a small but meaningful omission for a restaurant positioning itself within the fine-dining sphere.
The opening course that did arrive lacked clarity and intention, evoking a bagel with lox from a New York deli rather than a thoughtful introduction to the meal.
The steak was competent but forgettable. Dessert offered no sense of conclusion; a simple Ferrero Rocher would have provided comparable satisfaction.
Ultimately, this was a profoundly disappointing experience and one that falls well short of the standards the restaurant appears to aspire to. I will not be returning.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
My wife and I regularly dine at high-end restaurants and are happy to pay for great food and service. Unfortunately, our New Year’s Eve dinner at Le Cirque fell far short — especially for the high price point.
The restaurant did not offer the 4-course menu advertised on its website, instead serving a fixed NYE menu that wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Before being seated, we were asked to wait at the bar and were ignored for ~20 minutes without being offered a drink, until someone finally noticed.
The food was underwhelming throughout. The smoked salmon and caviar was very basic, the chicken risotto was overcooked and had to be sent back, and the replacement was no better. The steak was fine, and dessert was forgettable — not what you expect from Le Cirque.
To make matters worse, my wife had an allergic reaction to the bleach used in the tablecloths, forcing us to move to the bar near the end of the meal. This was stressful, bizarre, and something that has never happened to us before at any restaurant.
While the hostess eventually apologized, it came after we had already paid. No proactive recovery, no meaningful acknowledgment, no attempt to make things right. For the price and reputation, this experience was unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed and misled, and would not return — especially for a special occasion.

As always, Le Cirque's wonderful service and exceptional dining experience proves itself to be one of the best in the United States. The whole experience never disappoints, and always leave you wanting to comeback at the earliest convenience. Lovely time, and even better food. Thank you to the amazing staff.
Some idiot showed up in a t-shirt and within minutes picked a fight with an 85 year old man at a neighboring table. No dress code. Any one with a C credit card will be admitted.
