We were there during the same time as a conference at the hotel and there were large tables with loud people, but otherwise we had a fantastic meal. I was surprised to see openings on OpenTable when the MGM app showed none. But we were seated promptly and the service was fantastic. The cocktails were delicious as was the food. This would be a place I'd go to first and on every future trip to Vegas.
It's a hidden gem. I didn't expect that high quality food and drinks from a place like this, to be honest, as it's not much entertained. But, I highly recommend this restaurant if you're around. Everything we had was delicious. And the service was great.

I used to come to this restaurant specifically for the Steak Tartare which I would brag about. However, it is not at all the same as all the accouterments have been removed. Now its just the meat, bread, and leafy greens. They removed the egg yolks, mustard seeds, cocoa nibs, onions and everything that made the dish a star. I could understand taking away one or two things but now its a lifeless dish. What a disappointment and I doubt I'll be back, unfortunately.
