I am from Tucson AZ. I can honestly say some of the front desk women haven't been the nicest to me and then I spoke with Val from membership services. He changed my opinion because he showed kindness! I have a few health issues no one would help me with and he did! He was understanding and even thru the phone you could hear the smile on his face. You need more people like him! Give the guy a raise! In AA we say it's attraction not promotion" he is attracting people with his kindness and service. I almost left but he made it easier for me and for that I am grateful! Thank you Lifetime for hiring him and his enthusiasm! I still wish the pool was filled with more water tasted less salty and scrubbed the dirt off but other then that a great place and thank goodness for Val!

I was physically touched and verbally harassed by another member at the Shenandoah, TX location after asking her to clean up chalk on shared equipment. I filed a formal complaint. Staff said they would review the security footage. When I followed up, management changed their story mid-conversation—from “you touched her first” to “you both touched each other”—and told me they “can’t guarantee safety” and “can’t really do anything.” The member who put hands on me is still allowed to train. Lifetime Fitness says they promote respect and safety, but their actions say otherwise. If you’re a woman or anyone who values accountability, think twice before trusting this gym with your safety.

Lifetime recently acquired the business of Five Seaons and three of the locations. They have decided to "focus their efforts" on two locations, while closing the Dayton location with no explanation and very little notice. As a long-time member and part of the community, the decision to shut down has deeply impacted many families, including mine. The closure of the facility will have significant consequences for so many of us. Families who have relied on Five Seaons for fitness, childcare, and a sense of community are now faced with a difficult void. Parents will lose a safe, nurturing environment for their children, and individuals and families will no longer have access to the fitness opportunities that have become an integral part of their daily lives. Additionally, the friendships and sense of belonging that have developed within our community will also be greatly missed. I understand that there are challenges in business, but I wanted to take a moment to share how much Five Seaons has meant to so many of us. It wasn’t just a place to work out—it was a place to connect, grow, and build relationships that extend far beyond the walls of the gym. The loss of this space will leave a significant gap in our lives. Even if Lifetime were to reopen in the future, it would be difficult for the company to stand up to the sense of community and connection that was built over the years. The relationships, the familiar faces, and the culture that were created are unique and irreplaceable. The closure has left many of us feeling not just without a fitness center, but without a second home and support system that we’ve come to rely on.

Trash establish filled with trash staff. People poop in the showers and waffle stomp them down the drain. If you’re looking to contract flesh eating bacteria, you’re gonna love their spas.

I don't recommend for profit establishments who dictate what you should or shouldn't wear. This is totally unprofessional, rude, condescending and extremely racist. Palestine will be free from the river to the sea. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

I had an awful experience. My nephew was asked to join their swim team. The coach said he did not need a club membership, he only needed to pay $250 a month for the swim team. He showed up, got changed and in the water. The coach came up to him, in front of EVERYONE, and told him to call his parents and leave because he wasn't allowed. What a terrible thing to do to a child. He didn't know the back story and thought he was in trouble. This should have been handled better. Maybe allow him to swim and address the issue after class. Don't allow him through the facility doors, into the locker room, into the pool...and then when the entire class is there, shame him. What is wrong with the staff...and coach...And the coach should have known they needed a $500/month membership along with the $250.
