This place continues to disappoint. We live close by so I want this to be a good bar but we always leave annoyed. Tonight “Juan” finally offered me a drink after gambling for 15 minutes with $100+ in the video poker machine. I asked for a red wine. He eventually brought it, 10 minutes later after I had a few sips he said “oh, that’s not comped”. He said it was too expensive. I told him I already started drinking from it but he said the cameras were watching and took it away to dump it. Then brought me a cheap red wine. It wasn’t very good so we left. Unfortunately this bar seems to have the most unfriendly bartenders we’ve come across in the city. I’ve had this experience before there. Also seen the bartenders snap at and insult the customers many times. Apparently they’re unionized and really don’t care. It’s too bad as I appreciate the live music and the cigar friendly atmosphere. Gem bar is better but so are the other casinos near by. Shame on MGM.

One of the highlights of this lounge is their expertly crafted cocktails, particularly their Dirty Martinis and Long Island. And it’s not always easy finding a really good Dirty Martini! The Martinis here are simply incredible—whether you prefer a classic gin or vodka Martini or something with a bit more flair, the bartenders know how to strike the perfect balance between strength and smoothness. Each Martini is served with a level of precision and attention to detail that elevates the entire drinking experience. The Long Island at this lounge are equally impressive. Known for their potent kick, these Long Islands are mixed to perfection, with just the right blend of spirits and a refreshing finish. It’s the kind of drink that goes down easy but packs a punch, making it a great choice for those looking to start or end their night on a high note. And yes- I know those are olives. Trust me- I still don’t understand what my man’s fascination with taking my olives and putting them in his Long Island is, but hey, to each its own right?!

Service is an oxymoron at this bar. Just literally doesn’t exist. Not sure why they don’t just cut the one server they always have on and add a sign that you have to order at the bar. Totally ridiculous.

Staying at the Aria. After almost 25 minutes sitting and waiting 1 waitress on duty walked past us 4 times and did not even blink towards us!!!!!. Then she decided to chk her personal phone and we left. Today 24thNov approx 12:30 PM. With these prices and lack of service limit the tip to 18 to 20%? Where is the service?

Used my card to start a tab. When I was about to leave, told the bartender that Im closing my tab. They claimed that they never saw my card, and that I have not paid anything, showed them my amex app, and it was charged with all the drinks I ordered. they never resolve it, they lost my card, its embarrassing, they ignored me.Terrible. Not what I expected.

Horrible service.. do not go to this bar at night. I was staying at the Aria for 3 nights and I stopped at this bar before bed for a last drink. I got the rudest bartender (machismo I will call him) ignored me for 10 minutes and then when I finally got his attention and told him I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for a drink he didn't apologize but instead said something rude to me.I noticed a few other bartenders that had major attitudes at this bar. I think they need to be reminded that they are in the service industry. I won't come back to this bar to be treated this way!

Bartenders were extremely rude. Pablo looked me dead in my face and proceeded to service everyone around me. When I called him on it… his response was I don’t know who was here first. He knew!!! Just terrible service….TERRIBLE !!!!

I've been to many slot bars at Vegas, and each time I was treated nicely. However, I felt very embarrassed when I sat on the Lift Bar (and Gem Bar at the other side of Aria Casino) today. The bartender told me to keep playing and spend all my money I put in the slot if I were to receive a comp drink.I was surprised that the bartenders at Aria FORCED US TO GAMBLE AGGRESSIVELY AND SPEND ALL MONEY put into the slot. They told me that the hotel watches the bar through cameras and the bartenders get trouble if a comp drink is served to guests who does not GAMBLE ENOUGH! I know the rule-- every time I visit a slot bar, not just ones at Aria, I try to gamble at least $20 because I get a comp drink. I mean, I have my own right to stop at any point where I don't feel like gambling ?Please do not treat your valuable guests like this. No other hotels do this.I love Aria, but the service at Lift Bar and Gem Bar are just too far below the average, and I try my best to avoid them.

Amber was our server for multiple evenings. Amazing server and so nice. Remembered our drinks and took care of us, drinks never were empty before she came back and made sure we are OK. Made us feel at home on our holiday. Thank you Amber
