Service is an oxymoron at this bar. Just literally doesn’t exist. Not sure why they don’t just cut the one server they always have on and add a sign that you have to order at the bar. Totally ridiculous.

After eating dinner nearby, we stopped at the lift bar for some drinks and to relax. I ordered a Daybreaker, which was like an old fashioned with a chocolate twist. It was very strong, and really good. I ended up ordering a cigar off their menu and another Daybreaker and enjoyed relaxing. I do like the fact that they've got cigars of varying strengths, as I tend to like a milder cigar, which they had. The service was really slow after the first drink, as it seemed that they didn't really have enough staff working for all of the patrons. I ended up smoking half of my cigar while waiting for my second drink to arrive, which wasn't great, but the waitress was a bit apologetic. I really like the location, and the seats were comfortable also.

Pablo and Mike are too busy gossiping they can't get the orders correct. I'm not a local but I come to town every three months and their faces never change. They look pissed off and have the worst type of customer service. Hospitality is not their cup of tea apparently.

This is one of my favorite bars Las Vegas with the live music and great people watching. The only issue is the smoking. It's 2023 we really need to ban smoking in doors period. This bar has such a great vibe until someone lights up. My request to MGM, ban smoking in the bars around the casino. People can still smoke while playing just ban it in the bars near the lifts.

Pablo was fabulous. He made us the best expresso martinis and other drinks. We went to lobby bar and waited 10min sitting at bar, no service. Went to lift bar immediately helped us with best drinks. Thank you for best service and turning things around for us.

Staying at the Aria. After almost 25 minutes sitting and waiting 1 waitress on duty walked past us 4 times and did not even blink towards us!!!!!. Then she decided to chk her personal phone and we left. Today 24thNov approx 12:30 PM. With these prices and lack of service limit the tip to 18 to 20%? Where is the service?

A Lychee Martini was the first drink I had after my 5hr. flight from New York to Vegas. I ordered this drink at Lift Bar, which is located in a dark corner area, of the smoky smelling lobby of The Aria Hotel. It was just o-kay. Sweet and cute enough to look at but not nearly boozy enough for the twenty dollar cost. My server was very pleasant. I'm thankful that she made sure that my payment card that I Ieft behind in an absent-minded moment, was immediately returned to Customer Service. It was waiting there for me when I went searching for it the next day.

Used my card to start a tab. When I was about to leave, told the bartender that Im closing my tab. They claimed that they never saw my card, and that I have not paid anything, showed them my amex app, and it was charged with all the drinks I ordered. they never resolve it, they lost my card, its embarrassing, they ignored me.Terrible. Not what I expected.

Love the live music here. Always gets you into the vibes. Order the Watermelon Margaritia. Tastes just like a watermelon jolly rancher with tajin. Skip the Watermelon Spritzer.

Horrible service.. do not go to this bar at night. I was staying at the Aria for 3 nights and I stopped at this bar before bed for a last drink. I got the rudest bartender (machismo I will call him) ignored me for 10 minutes and then when I finally got his attention and told him I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for a drink he didn't apologize but instead said something rude to me.I noticed a few other bartenders that had major attitudes at this bar. I think they need to be reminded that they are in the service industry. I won't come back to this bar to be treated this way!

Bartenders were extremely rude. Pablo looked me dead in my face and proceeded to service everyone around me. When I called him on it… his response was I don’t know who was here first. He knew!!! Just terrible service….TERRIBLE !!!!

bartender was nice, 2 servers were not. especially the older blonde lady. I guess she suspected I came into the bar with drink I bought somewhere else but it was right after picking it up at the bar and sitting down. didn't appreciate the tone so rather than explaining we just walked out

Drinks were just fine, typical casino vibe, noisy...we sat down one night after a conference and got my daughter with us. Service is TERRIBLE...with this lady (Maria). She came over 2 mins after we grabbed a seat asking for our order with harsh tone and evil stare...told her to give us a few minutes. She came back shortly demanding my daughter for an ID. I realized hotel prohibits under 21...which I have no issue abiding with the rules. Her tone is very RUDE, condescending & unprofessional. This person need some serious training with hospitality...!

I've been to many slot bars at Vegas, and each time I was treated nicely. However, I felt very embarrassed when I sat on the Lift Bar (and Gem Bar at the other side of Aria Casino) today. The bartender told me to keep playing and spend all my money I put in the slot if I were to receive a comp drink.I was surprised that the bartenders at Aria FORCED US TO GAMBLE AGGRESSIVELY AND SPEND ALL MONEY put into the slot. They told me that the hotel watches the bar through cameras and the bartenders get trouble if a comp drink is served to guests who does not GAMBLE ENOUGH! I know the rule-- every time I visit a slot bar, not just ones at Aria, I try to gamble at least $20 because I get a comp drink. I mean, I have my own right to stop at any point where I don't feel like gambling ?Please do not treat your valuable guests like this. No other hotels do this.I love Aria, but the service at Lift Bar and Gem Bar are just too far below the average, and I try my best to avoid them.
