Actually very clean location compared to others in Vegas. Workers here are not rowdy not playing on their phone and not blasting music. They make the best food they can with the worthless ingredients this place is now known for.

ETA: district manager just reached out to apologize and rectify the situation, was busy with renovation from the looks of the store yesterday so the response was a little delayed. Updating review in reflection of that. Look forward to returning sometime in the future but def gon take a second to check the pizza before walking out.

ETA: requested a refund through email and phone and they said the district manager was supposed to call or email me back. Still no contact.

How is this an acceptable classic cheese? Absolutely disgusting and doesn't even look appealing. This is the first pizza I've ever just thrown out. Do better. Sbarros has a $14.99 XL whole pizza with a coupon. Just gonna do that next time. Will be contacting corporate for a refund because this is just wild to serve someone. They weren't even busy in the least bit, there's no reason they couldn't QC and dump this pizza

Horrible leadership. I never leave reviews, today was the second time I ordered from this particular location. I arrived at 4:50 for a window of 4:47-4:52 and a notification that my order was ready also notification stated the pizza was not in the kiosk but ready at the counter. I arrived the place seemed busy which is understandable. Went to the counter teana asked for my name and I gave it and she stated it wasn’t ready which is fine. I over hear teana tell her coworker I’m taking orders and preparing orders and working with somebody that can’t read. Then proceeds to give her a hard time about the organization of her workstation in front of a lobby full of customers. At this point im irritated i get your busy but this is not how you handle a busy environment, i sit down and again i get an additional email that my order is ready, which again it is not. So i get up and tell teana i want to cancel, which she proceeds to do with attitude. Teana hands me a receipt and says that’s too bad your order was ready to and walks away.

This is the second issue I’ve had with this establishment. The first with Uber Eats and long story short I went to pick up my order because there was delay after delay and was lied to that Uber picked up my order and after sitting in the car someone came out and said nevermind we still have your order.

Avoid this location at all cost not even for the wait times just the HORRIBLE customer service in general.

Service was terrible. Wanted to charge me more for my order. Then charged me twice. Also would not keep the online deal because I was paying cash but ordered online. Horrible store. Would not recommend this one.

The manager here is so amazing she always has a smile on her face even when someone is giving her a hard time. She goes university and beyond to make sure the pizzas come out hot and fresh. Today a regular customer came in screaming about a messed up pizza she smiled apologized and gave him a refund with a free pizza and it wasn’t enough the man screamed about shutting the place down as he left. Someone give this GM a raise I would called the police how irate he was

Worst Customer Service ever. Gave the wrong pizza called up to explain mistake was on hold forever hung up on twice. Asked for a refund. Said I had to come back to the store after already coming and then hung up on me again.

Very poorly run location.
Save yourself the trouble and choose a different location.
Nothing is ever ready on time, usually poorly made product, everything takes 30-45 minutes.
Disappointing because corporate doesn’t seem to care.
