Sat at the bar and the bald bartender takes our order. An absolute single tall with water and a ketel short with water. No fruit for either. Very easy. Bartender grabs two short glasses, so I catch him, then he pours the wrong vodka into the tall glass. I catch him before completing it, and my husband tells him to pay attention. He didn’t like that and says he is paying attention, then proceeds to grab a flavored vodka which was not ordered. He caught it himself before pouring, then grabs the right vodka but grabs a jigger to measure which he didn’t do the first time and didn’t fill it all the way and then tossed a lime in the drink. (No fruit was requested for both.) We told him we were good and just left. Literally how can you mess that up so bad and so much in such a short period of time.

The Lobby Bar at MGM is a solid pregame spot if you're looking for a free drink while gambling. The atmosphere is lively, and the service is quick, making it easy to grab a drink and enjoy the casino vibes before heading out for the night. It's conveniently located and offers a decent selection of drinks. While it may not be the most luxurious spot, it's definitely worth a stop if you're in the mood for some low-key fun before your main event.

We love MGM Grand, we come to Vegas very often and I'm not going to lie our experience here was not the best. Two of the males that we ordered drinks from today were rude and short with us. We had a my vegas rewards and came to redeem a drink but the bartender was very rude about it when we ordered. We weren't aware that our type of cocktail would not be comped which is totally fine. Not an issue whatsoever but one took our bill to another bartender and was making fun of us. The second time around another bartender threw our cards back at us, irritable serving us for some odd reason. Our last experience was awesome so I'm not sure if they were having a bad day?

Very relaxing. Lots of options on drinks. Great selection. The best part, they're open 24 hours. Didn't try any food. We're still full from lunch.

Parking: Part of the MGM family so once you pay for valet parking you can go to their other properties and valet, no extra charge.

Worst. Service. Ever! Their waitress spilled an entire glass of water on my husband and wasn't even apologetic!!! She just handed us a rag (a RAG!!!) to fix it, then asked, "you wanted to dry up right?" She didn't care that we just got up and left. Rudest service compared to every hotel we've been to on earth!

Average hotel bar for Vegas. I asked for the bartender to get creative and mix his favorite drink too make, all i got was an old fashioned.

Horrible service from the older gentleman behind the bar. Very condescending unless you are playing 20 bucks a hand. He kept passing us by, had to ask for drinks every time and he poured the weakest drinks. His tip reflected his service.

Drinks were fine once server decided to wait on our group of four. She evidently was ready to go home and didn’t want to answer our questions about drinks or using our room credit. Nice comfortable seating for conversation and socializing.

Average down the board. The drinks weren't bad but I've gotten similar quality at a local dive bar for 1/5 of the price. The service is under expectations for a major casino.

Avoid this place, there a far better bars nearby. They don't even have a drink menu available according to the server.

I had an espresso martini & daybreaker cocktail. The drink price is average for the Vegas Strip, but I did like the attention paid to my drink recommendations & conversations by Lyndon. Would visit again.

Worse drinks in Vegas. This bar is incapable of making the most basic cocktails. My whiskey sour (see picture) was left untouched and unmourned. It seems they just waved a vodka bottle at my wife’s glass and called it a cosmo.
