Don't believe what they say about the kitchen being open. It was closed when we got there even WITH an Open Table reservation. The hostess was gone, only the bartender and the do were left. .

We made reservations for a table two weeks in prior to our event. We verified those reservations few days prior to the event. Unbelievably when we got there they had our names for a reservation but no table reserved for us. It was an embarrassing experience. Management team didn't have an understanding of how to handle the situation. Thank you

We came to the Lobby Bar to hear an amazing singer, Rizza! We quickly learned about their fantastic drinks! However, they recently changed their drink menu. It STINKS!!! Their drinks used to be very unique, even making you want to go on any day to have one of their fabulous creations. Now, the menu is just regular drinks you can get anywhere. Such a disappointment! Bring back those incredible concoctions! The staff is still amazing & so is their singer, Rizza, but please bring back the unique drinks!

The lobby at Red Rock Casino Hotel is honestly one of my favorite spots in the whole property. The lounge area is perfect for grabbing a drink and just chilling—it has this relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay longer. The design is stunning, with luxurious interiors that feel both stylish and welcoming. The chairs are super comfortable, so you can really sink in and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed. I also noticed the subtle fragrance in the air—it’s refreshing and gives the space a classy, inviting feel. The lobby isn’t massive, but that’s what makes it feel cozy and intimate rather than overwhelming. Plus, it only takes about a minute to walk out to the pool, which makes it super convenient if you want to relax inside and then step right into the sunshine. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, have good conversations, and ease into the night before heading out to explore more of the casino or restaurants.

Horrible service. No one came to take our order for 1.5 hours. Even after trying to get hold of someone at the front as well as the manager but no one came. It's the worst service ever. Don't bother going if you expect service.

The band Paul Mahos was phenomenal. The best mojitos I've had in LV, and I've lived here 46 years . Your wait and bar staff should be commended.

Made reservations for 12 people, got to our seating, and was told we had to buy a bottle of liquor in order to stay. The prices were ridiculous and unfortunate my party didn't all drink the same. We left and the Rouge Room probably missed out on more money than the bottle cost even though they were extremely priced. Just let your customers know what to expect at time of reservations before they get to your location.

Made a reservation and didn't even get a chance to get a table. More than half the restaurant was empty and they wouldn't let us sit down unless we got bottle service (which is not even worth it there since it's not that kind of place let's be honest). Apparently the reservation is just for entry, so what's the point? Rude staff. Won't be coming back because it's a board short and flip flop kind of place 🤷🏻♀️

Reserved a table, got seated, 20 minutes later we got up to go dance. When we go back to sit down our table was given away. Told the hostess about our issue and she didn't help. Said she would remove them shortly and never did. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to try the food.

A nice looking spot but the food was meh. I'd only be back for a quick drink. Really wish they'd put more effort into the food apps because it would definitely elevate the place. The drinks were good but nothing to remember. The live music was a nice touch but just a little too loud.
