The ambiance in Rouge Room is enchanting. Our server, Robin, was beautiful & attentive. The drinks divine, the small bite sliders were delicious, full of smokey premium beef flavor and the live music was entertaining. The chicken fingers were a 9 not a ten. Our eats and drinks were delivered quickly and the decor is gorgeous.
Come for the entertainment on Thursday Night. Come to Old Vegas with Style and Grace. You won't believe the Staff, so Marvelous. A Modern Act that has The Graciousness of an Old School Star.

We have visited the Rouge Room a few times since last summer, and every visit the service was awful. Ambience, food, great. We thought we would try it one more time, and this time, our waitress was on point. First time I have ever seen good service here. We didn't even notice others having issues with service, which we normally do as well. So well done on training the staff. We will be back.

Sat down at a table and was approached by the cocktail server in a silly ice skater looking dress. No hello or how are you. First thing out of her mouth was "what can I get you to drink".Left and sat at the bar. Black bartender with the bad weave says "what do you want" to us.Do people not have manners anymore? Maybe train your employees to be more friendly and not allow them to act like rude animals. Smells like sewer down there too. Never again.

I will go back with my man everything I requested for the birthday they had which was a champagne toast and birthday dessert with a candle.c The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond it was very relaxing soothing and enjoyable with a live band.  you can't beat the ambience

Underwhelming. Seated 15 after reservation, not too bad but standing around while there is visible available seating is not a good first impression. Looong wait for order and for delivery. $19 cocktails watered down by the time they hit the table and just... meh. Sorry to say, same for the entertainment
Hosts in front were super rude and ruined the whole experience right when we got there. Questioned us 3 different times about our reservations even though there were only 4 people in there.

Room is great, singer was top notch, drinks were great, but waitress staff was kind of clueless at times to what we wanted and asked of. bartender was great, bus staff was awesome, room temp was too freaking hot need to work on AC

Ambience was great. Live music, courteous waitress. It took awhile to get our waitress back to the table for ordering, so perhaps having some more waiters/waitresses might be helpful for patrons. We could have ordered a lot more drinks, but it took too long in between ordering and receiving our drinks. This is in no way our waitress' fault. She was doing her best. Easy to make reservations. Courteous hosts in the front. Will def bring my friends and clientele back here.
Worst service ever! The waitress spilled an entire glass of water on my husband and wasn't even apologetic about it!!! All she did after was hand us a rag (a RAG!!!) and even said, "you wanted to dry up right?" NEVER GO HERE. THEY DON'T WANT GUESTS.
Very lovely place inside. I am a Las Vegas local and love little gems. However, was extremely disappointed as we had a reservation for 745 and we finally got sat well after 830. What is the point of having a reservation is you are going to seat us over 45 min late? I was very kind to the host stand and asked a couple times and they just kept saying a “few” more min. I think the most frustrating by part is that tons of people were coming well after us and being let inside. Now, I understand some may have been for the bar. After 45 min hit I asked again and now the gentleman at the stand said just couples of 2 are leaving. We were only 4! I don't know, it just was inexcusable. Once finally inside it took well over 30 min between each round to get our drinks. It seemed that they only had 2 cocktail servers that I saw. So maybe that is par of the problem. Cocktails were great, food was not fantastic. The caviar toasts were the best. I don't think I would go again. Not sure it's worth making a reservation, but you can try.

Overall we enjoyed the evening, it is pretty inside, great ambiance, we enjoyed the piano player and the food was very good too. The cocktails, however, were overpriced and were primarily filled with ice, especially the Winter wonderland specialty cocktails. We would go back again, but only order ‘shots' or wine to drink.

Really had a wonderful time here. Great spot to hang after dinner somewhere - we did not get to enjoy the food here but it looked delicious when we saw others get their dishes. Our server was outstanding and we had a great table. So comfy with the big couch and cozy chairs. Our drinks were great. Music was great by a pianist and a singer. Had a dj between sets. All in all a perfect spot to enjoy a night out. Definitely recommend.

I saw a nice promo for rouge room and decided to try it out, unfortunately it is such a waste of time, cocktails were so underwhelming, food was basic, if you are going to charge strip prices you better be able to back it up, the server was fantastic though!
