Lola's Burgers at the Aria Proper Eats Food Hall is known for its unbeatable Smash burger. The crispy, juicy patty and perfectly toasted bun make it a must-try. The burgers are a good size, and the fries are crispy and seasoned well. The Impossible burger is delicious, and even those who don't typically eat beef burgers found Lola's to serve the best burger they've ever had, with charbroiled perfection that makes it a must-visit spot. The garlic fries and truffle fries are tremendous, as are the onion rings, which are the best they've had in their life. Ordering ahead is recommended. The workers were quick and polite. It is expensive for a burger, but the food is delicious and worth it. Sodas are self-serve with over 100 fountain choices.
