Arrived to Vegas hungry from a long drive and went walking around to find something quick and easy and I saw a lot of people when I entered the Aria and when I saw the burgers I was like ok let me try this place It is of course an a la carte style of burger joint and the burgers are smash style. I got the double cheeseburger and a side of fries and the wow the fries were fried so well and were delicious!! The burger itself was juicy and the sauce just made it super yummy! Posh Burger is located on the gaming floor of the Aria Hotel and Casino. I ordered a double cheeseburger and 50/50 fries. You can tell the meat is good quality , but the taste was just average. The 50/50 fries and onion rings were way too salty and mostly just fries with a few onion rings. All in all, it was a disappointing meal. Friendly service but plenty better burger options. Seating is limited
