Overpriced burgers, ordering is a nightmare and tipping for no service is ridiculous.

What a great burger! See some low reviews, honestly I think people are just afraid of FLAVOR. They use what tastes like a spicy aoli on it. It's great.

Onion rings???

Service? LOL what service? We ordered on our phone. Picked up our own order at a counter where nobody was working. Then we bussed our own table. For $60. Welcome to Las Vegas. I'm literally disputing the charge on my credit card. Oh... you can't order food without paying a minimum of a 22% tip.

Just so you understand. You use a website to put in your own order. You get your own food. Then you're unable to checkout unless you pay a tip. Tip for what? You literally do everything yourself. Trash. $60 for two burgers and one order of fries. I would've been mad if it was $20.

This place is great! Food was delicious, and yes, it is pricey, but this is Vegas, and it is expected...and for all of those people complaining about the forced tip. That is not true. You have to select custom tip and put in your custom tip. you can even put $0.

The burger is weak, 1/10. Just go downstairs and get posh burger mushroom truffle. Yes $7 more but at least you don’t get in n out quality pizza.

Half the meat was completely burnt, the toppings are not enough. Quality of ingredients is good, but something is missing the burger itself. Not it.

My husband tried to order his cheese burger without onions. Somehow it came out without anything. It was an ordering error that I was unaware of. I took it back up and asked them to fix it. They did but the young lady working had a very nasty attitude about it. We paid $66 for two burgers onion rings and a drink. She said we should have checked the order. She should have asked about the order.When the customer is placing and order and makes a mistake it is reasonable that the company correct the situation without a snarky nasty attitude. It appears you are saving money having fewer employees.The customer is not trained to enter the order and ask for changes. But the workers should be kind and helpful when a mistake occurs. They were n the beginning but the last words she shared with me were snarky. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Certainly your company strives to give good customer service. Maybe she needs a class in manners
