Keep in mind this is located in a casino but there is a separate entrance from outside of the casino so you don’t have to walk all the way through the entire casino just to get to the restaurant. The pickup for the takeout order was quick and easy and they were kind enough to provide an extra side of gravy upon request. We were really wanting southern food and even though this is primarily a BBQ place they have a nice southern menu! We ordered the Southern Fried Chicken. They packaged all of the sides and sauces individually which is huge for me because a lot of places don’t take the time to do so and it makes a difference! The portions were fantastic for everything - had no idea there were 2 fried chicken breasts with the order so that was a surprise! The quality - wow. I’ve never had mashed potatoes that had so much flavor! The braised greens-I can’t say this enough-they know their greens and I will be getting them again and again now. The Mac n cheese was something to be left desired- it wasn’t bad but wasn’t life changing. The fried chicken was so flavorful and crispy and had just a touch of spice but not too much. The gravy-wow. It was real deal gravy. The biscuits and apple butter were the perfect ending to the meal if you can stop yourself in the beginning! We will most definitely be ordering more from this place in the future.

We love the food at Lucille’s, but keep coming back because the service is exceptional! Brandon King at the Red Rock Casino location is our favorite server. He always goes above and beyond to give incredible service. Plus there’s always leftovers because they make sure you get your money’s worth!!! Remember to tip your server!!!! They are all good servers in our experience!!!!!!

Visited for the first time! My wife I and our cousin, service is outstanding very friendly! and the atmosphere is good and relaxing. My only issue was the food and the portion size! I could have went to Texas Roadhouse and got the same portion for less! Fried green tomatoes are not what you expect! Not a good choice!

Amazing food - great service. Cute restaurant. We had burnt end pork belly, ribs, bbq chicken, Mac and cheese, corn pudding, beans, mashed potatoes, apple butter biscuits, and apple crumble with ice cream.

Everything was mouth watering. The pork belly was so crispy on the outside and melted in your mouth. The baby back ribs were amazing, fall off of the bone. The smoke ring and flavor on this meat was unmatched. The bbq chicken was a little dry, but still had amazing flavor. The Mac and cheese consistency is weird.. but has good flavor. The corn pudding was the best side by far. The biscuits with apple butter were also delicious. Will return!

Excellent choice of meats and sides potato salad and corn pudding was phenomenal, also if you are a fan of fried okra it's GREAT. We got the family platter with pulled pork, baby back ribs,and smoked chicken. SO SORRY but we were grabbing so fast and eating so quick and it was so good that all I could have taken was a picture of the bones. Service was beyond excellent from our server to the manager. Had a slight issue with a drink server and manager handled it immediately.

This restaurant is specialized in serving southern cuisine. During my stay at the hotel I went two times and both were excellent experiences. They play live music in the evenings and have a full bar on site. I recommend the brisket, which was very tasty and practically melted on my mouth. Service was very friendly and they quickly accommodated my need to find a table with an electric outlet

We opted not to cook for Thanksgiving and decided to grab food and the community and we chose Lucille’s because they were having a Thanksgiving special. The weight was about 45 minutes which was fine because others had the same idea that we did. Service was also a little slow but my server was working hard to accommodate all of her tables and she was attentive as she could be during the chaos.

We ordered our food and it came in about 25-30 minutes. I am particular about my food so I always smell and look it over once before eating it. When I looked at my stuffing I immediately spotted a fake eyelash. For context I don’t wear fake eyelashes and I barely have natural eyelashes. I called the eyelash to the attention of my server who immediately took the food away and was getting me another plate as that’s all I wanted. She takes it to the manager and I watch the manager hold up a flashlight to examine my food and I heard him say there’s no hair in her food. He brings the food back to the table and he was like I’m sorry I don’t see her in your food only for me to immediately pointed out to him. That’s when he finally acknowledge that the hair was a false eyelash and that he would take care of it.

I get a new plate of food minus the hair and it was OK but nothing to brag about . This stuffing was dry and the macaroni with soup. Their turkey and ham were OK but the best thing on the plate was the corn casserole. All that to say this is my second time going to Lucille’s and I had a horrible experience at the first location I went to but this one was much worse. I highly doubt that I would try them again.

The meals for two, is really a meal for one the portions are definitely not for two ppl. Please don’t waste your time getting the meal for two. I had to stop for food when I left, how ridiculous lol
