Forever Soul Live loves Lucino. Best East Coast style pizza in Vegas. You come to an east coast spot and you will get the same energy Lucinos is giving you. They also do events for the community and give backs as well. We appreciate how amazing their food is.

The restaurant's response to the negative experience was unprofessional, involving verbal abuse and ridicule. This constituted a failure in guest recovery.

They ran out of Sprite, and when I informed them I don't drink caffeine, the only alternatives offered were lemonade and Gatorade, neither of which I enjoy. I suggested I could purchase a drink from the store next door, but I was told I would still be charged $4.50 (ok). Additionally, we arrived before 7:00 PM, but while the server was resolving the drink situation, the time passed 7:00 PM (7:03), preventing me from ordering the two-slice special. To add to the disappointment, when I attempted to order the cup pepperoni, I was informed they were out of it as well. They have blowers and a shop vac for the Vegas heat. It's super hot and humid in here. They delivered the wrong pizza to my table, and after five minutes that we finally got their attention and let them know that they had delivered the wrong one. They just grabbed it from our table to put it on the correct table.

Upon speaking to management he said I should had drank what they had (I don't drink caffeine) and was very aggressive and loud. He also stated he gave me cupped pepperoni unfortunately it was to the wrong pizza. Did not correct the issue just got yelled at.

The owner's responses to negative reviews suggest a need for improvement in customer service, particularly in addressing guest dissatisfaction.

Out of toppings, out of soda and out of A/C, they had carpet blowers and an industrial portable AC in the dining area. Tables were dirty, and worst of all, no one attempted to rectify these issues.I didn't complain due to not wanting to piss off the chef while he's cooking my food. order to go because food is great, just everything else sucks.:Update!!!! The owner or someone from the kitchen decided to come and speak to us aggressively, questioning why the one star review. The staff are ridiculous and know nothing about customer service. Luckily, they have a great product. Food is good. Just service sucks and it starts with management. Don't try and intimidate a female over a review that's terrible for business. Look at their response it just shows how mature they are and how they go about handling a bad review. Too bad they didn't have this same response energy at the restaurant.

There air-conditioning was not working so it was hot in the store.

Pizza’s good but $5.86 for one slice of pizza is outrageous maybe if it was a bigger slice I could of felt a little fuller and better but definitely not worth the price I probably will not be back because of that

I have been to Luciano’s Pizza a few times. Every time I go the food is absolutely amazing! The service is top notch and the owner and employees are always so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for the best experience in every way. Go see for yourself! You will not be disappointed.

This place wins! Space was super chill and had housey vibes. Like the lay out/ set up. Outstanding customer service. Pizza was delicious, and boneless wings were incredible! Mango habanero was super spicy and delicious!! Buffalo garlic parmasean was also great. Blue cheese for wings was the best ive ever had. Prices were great too! Honestly 5/5 . Only rating it 4/5 because the floor did need to be swept and mopped and i need to be honest. If I'm ever in vegas again, I'll for sure be back!

I am a diehard COWBOYS fan-
This is authentic Philadelphia pizzeria, which means it’s PHILADELPHIA EAGLE FANS EVERYWHERE ?

As much as I love my Cowboys, I LOVE PIZZA. They are so nice and personable and they make excellent suggestions and even though I was stuck on the double pepperoni, hot peppers and garlic, the Owner suggested that I try something else & I have loved everything I try!

I’m literally eating my “usual” right now though ?
