Expensive drinks at the lucky bar and the lobby bars inside the red rock! Not the best drinks and watered down. Atmosphere is ok for a casino. Over rated unless you’re waiting for someone.

I visit Lucky Bar once a week. I keep coming back because of Jill. She's an amazing waitress with great energy and consistent professionalism!

Very casual place for 6 of us to hang out and talk. Waitress took care of what we needed and didn't pressure us when we weren't ready. Couch set up was pretty comfortable.

Terrible service, they screwed up 2 drinks, and I was gambling, and they still charged me 50 bucks .. they never asked if we needed anything else .. I couldn't believe it. I will never go there again !

Went on 1-7-23 7-8 pm out to lucky bar for a date night sat in one of the table chairs for over 20 minutes no one asked if we needed anything no service. The bar was busy even tried to go up to the bar no service again. We saw people being served drinks but was completely ignored. Larger groups of people were being served of course bigger tip but this customer is completely unsatisfied with the service at this bar.

Rude employees and poor service. I was there last night and the waitress said our friends could bring in pizza from the place across the hall. When they tried to walk in with it a bartender said 'read the f-king' sign and was rude. One of us who were already seated walked over to the bartender and said the waitress just told us that was ok and he said 'no she f-king' didn't, read the f-king sign' and threatened to call security if they brought a slice of pizza in the bar. We told the waitress what happened and she said the would talk to the bartender. She didn't talk with him and instead just quit waiting on our table. The bartender was very rude despite our group being respectful and not arguing.

Nice, open lounge atmosphere with couches throughout. Live DJ on Friday nights plays good music but lacks any personality to captivate or draw an audience. Cocktail waitresses offer good service. No exciting drink menu here.

Due to Covid protocol, they’re only allowed to let in so many patrons at a time. This is understandable. The problem was that it seemed like none of the employees seemed to be keeping track of people leaving. This caused a line to build up, even though we saw multiple single chairs all over the center bar. My party of 4 and I watched as one women sat at a table and chairs for 30-40 minutes until the rest of her party showed up. In that time, how many drinks would my party and I have ordered? Some policy needs to be enforced similar to restaurants where if your whole group isn’t there, you shouldn’t be able to be seated. Not only that, but people weren’t abiding by the “wait to be seated” sign and just walked in or walked in off the sides of the bar. Like I stated earlier, it didn’t seem like someone was tracking who was coming and going. Would’ve been nice to see a security guard at the front to help control things. Let the bartenders be bartenders, servers be servers, and have someone in charge of crowd control.I used to have some great times at Lucky Bar, so it was disappointing to see it come to this. I understand we are in a different time these days, but a few minor tweaks can make this place awesome again.
