Great place for Hawaiian plate lunch. Servings are large and prices average so good value. Delicious.

It was really gross. I ordered the popcorn chicken and it was just tendons or ligaments. I got 4 different pieces and all of the pieces were hard. I asked the girl to give me my money back and she acted like she didn't understand me.I kept asking for my money back and she kept trying to give me different food. I said no. I want my money back. The chicken wings tasted like they were in the freezer open for a while. Really bad service.

Just fine!
Food's tasty, but you don't eat on plates but on a to-go containers!

Yesterday we came here for the first time (our favorite Hawaiian food spots offer a spicy adobo fried rice omelet that we're kind of addicted to) and realized we shouldn't have waited so long. We started with yummy crispy Kau Gee (fairly priced at $11.95 for 6 as they're good sized and meaty), served with sweet chili sauce and hot mustard. Then we shared a delicious Shrimp Garlic Noodle. The shrimp were slightly overcooked, (a very common occurrence even in expensive restaurants) but still very good. ($11.25, also a good price). We also enjoyed Kalua Pork (a generous portion for only $10.25), served with its stewed cabbage and sides of steamed white rice and macaroni salad. The mac salad was tastier than the standard diner -style item (was there a touch of mustard in there?). The lady who took our order at the cash register also brought the food to our table and she was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, a great lunch and we didn't even miss our fried rice omelet!

I only wish someone had warned me about this place.
Maybe the near-empty dining room should have been the first sign — a silent warning for what I was about to experience.
I walked in around lunchtime, hoping to grab something quick. I ordered two spam musubi, thinking they'd be the fastest thing they could whip up. After all, I only had thirty minutes for lunch. I sat and waited, watching the clock, watching the door. Two other customers strolled in after me, ordered, and joined the growing sense of impatience in the air.
Minutes dragged by. Ten... fifteen... twenty. Still, no food.
Finally, my order was ready — but strangely, it was handed to me at the exact same time as one of the women who had arrived after me. I can't help but believe my food had been sitting there, growing colder by the minute, as they waited to group our orders together for no apparent reason. We weren’t even together.
With only four minutes left of my lunch break, I rushed back to work, hoping the wait would be worth it.
Two bites in, I knew it wasn’t.
The spam musubi were bland, barely warm, and desperately lacking the rich, sweet-savory flavor that makes a good musubi memorable. There was hardly any sauce, and when I did happen upon a sauced spot, it was so faint it barely registered. It was, at best, mediocre — and that’s being generous considering the time I wasted.
If you still decide to try this place, do yourself a favor: order at least 30 minutes ahead... and brace yourself for a whole lot of disappointment.
The only saving grace?
They had a good variety of Hawaiian Sun flavors. But trust me — that's not enough to bring me back.

Great place if you're craving sweet Hawaiian food. I recommend trying the teriyaki sauce. Seems to be family owned.

This might be one of My new favorite budget eats to it when I'm visiting Vegas. The Kahlua pork was fantastic. Generous portion. Not fancy but a good price for a great meal
