Warm welcome, energetic and stylish atmosphere. The service from multiple individuals was impeccable. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. Highly recommend the Fra Diavolo and Gnocci entrees. A showcase for Chef Puck at the top of his game. Thanks for acknowledging my sister’s birthday with a lovely delicious dessert.

Very disappointing. All our main dishes arrived cold. We wondered why it was taking so long, so when it all arrived cold, it was obvious someone forgot to retrieve them from the kitchen. Surely the kitchen knew our food was cold, but they sent it to us anyway. Even worse, two of the dishes arrived much later (and cold), so everyone at the table was being polite and refused to eat until the two late dishes arrived.

I could complain about the tough NY steaks, but for the price they were obviously not going to be high-quality. The cold food is unforgivable and shows poor management at this restaurant. We will not return.

Wood fire meatballs were delicious. Pepperoni pizza w/red onion hit just right. Spinach and ricotta ravioli the best. Strongly encourage you to request Eric he is great. Will be back again.

Carama by Wolfgang Puck is a stunning culinary haven that beautifully showcases Italian cuisine. The restaurant finds its soul through a heartfelt letter of love to Puck's mother, making it a place where her legacy thrives and a passion for food fuels endless experimentation.

From the moment you step in, you're greeted warmly by the hostess, setting a welcoming tone for the evening. I had the pleasure of meeting David, the Beverage Director, who kindly treated me to a glass of sparkling Rosé.

My server, Eric Bailey, made me feel right at home with his extensive knowledge of the menu. A first-class professional, he intricately guided me through each course, creating a magical dining experience. His recommendations were spot-on, starting with the octopus appetizer—succulent, tender, and charred to perfection. Knowing my penchant for spicy dishes, Eric suggested the Pollo alla Diavola (Half of a Jidori chicken), which was perfectly cooked with a crisp exterior and moist interior, complemented by the exciting flavors of Calabrian chilis and grilled lemon.

For dessert, Eric presented the Lemon Illusion Cake with a beautiful flourish, leaving me mesmerized. It was the perfect way to end the night. Everything was so special, one of the most memorable nights I’ve had being back home in Las Vegas.

The General Manager, Gianni Toffonello, clearly has a deep passion for the industry, which is reflected in every aspect of Carama. 10/10 would recommend and will be back often!

A Culinary Gem!

I recently dined at Carama and I can’t say enough about this place! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was simply exceptional—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made me feel like a valued guest.

Now, the food… wow! Absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with flavor! You can tell the chefs take pride in their work because everything was cooked to perfection. The dishes were not only visually appealing but tasted even better.

Carama truly set the bar high for both taste and service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in years!! Service was great, food was fantastic!! I definitely want to come back and try other dishes.

Parking: Parked at the Mandalay self parking lot for about three hours, cost came out to $18.
There was a lot of parking spaces.

Our service team of David and Matt were right on target. Attentive without being omnipresent. Beverages kept filled without prompting. Appetizers: bread board and calamari. Calamari firm but not rubbery, breading was softer than most restaurants, pleasantly so. Breadboard was sourdough rye with poppy and sesame seed crust and a Soft and chewy center. The rosemary foccacia was crispy crust light airy center.

Chicken Saltambuca was good, one piece a bit thin and slightly overcooked. Sauce was very tasty. The diner that ordered this entree didnt mention it until the first piece (the dry one) was gone. The manager handled the issue appropriately.

Pork belly entree very rich, but extremely flavorful. Carrot side and polenta both great.

The only downside was the overall volume level in the restaurant as service got rolling. We were in the first seating at 5pm, and by 6pm the volume level precluded normal voice conversation. This is an environmental structural component and has nothing to do with the service or food.

I can’t overstate the fact Las Vegas has some tremendous dining experiences, and Carama exceeded our expectations by far. The service was nothing short of perfect, Ryan, our server was well versed on the offerings and very attentive. Even though the place was packed we felt like we were the only ones there. The food you ask? Simple said, fabulous. Rich flavor, tastefully presented and perfect portions.

This was one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time. Our server Dominic was amazing as we were in a rush to get to a show, he helped get our food out as quickly as possible but didn't make it feel rushed. Every bit of food that we ordered was delicous and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the ribeye plate and the Meatballs. Between the food and service it was darn near perfect. The restaurant its self was fine. Nothing too spectacular. Its all about the food here.
