Poor customer service from Jenna when she found out she wasn't serving a party of 10. We originally was supposed to have a party of 10 put it didn't up that way and we let them know that. We were charged for one meal as a party of 5 on our receipt with a $15 gratuity. We were misinformed that with a party of 3 we would still be charged as a party of 10. Walked by in the casino and decided to stop in. I'm allergic to a lot of BBQ ingredients (not traditional BBQ but fruits and whatnot that most places add) so I was pleasantly surprised to know that this place is all traditional BBQ in its preparation. I had the Brisket Baked Potato and it was so incredibly delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. If I wasn't so full I would have ordered a second one!
