The kid at the register didnt know how to count the change back. They don't give you any sauces anymore, you have to pay for them. I have been going there for years and never had to pay. Not sure if I will be going back.

Move from Florida and I’ve always loved Marcos Pizza, but for some reason the cheese that they use at this pizza place has changed. It gets tough to bite into at first. I thought it was because it was too much cheese, but literally it doesn’t matter how light you get it once it cooks it becomes like rubber. They need to buy a better quality cheese so they can become my favorite again. Disappointing

I placed an order for a Marco's pizza for delivery. I am a great admirer of Marco's pizza; I consider it the best pizza available. Since my first taste, I have remained a loyal customer. I frequently order Marco's pizza and am well-acquainted with its usual quality and taste. Today, I ordered a large meat lovers pizza from my usual location on Centennial and Commerce in North Las Vegas. I was informed that the delivery would take 25 to 30 minutes. While it arrived almost an hour later, that is not my primary concern. My pizza was not hot and appeared to have been reheated; it simply looked old. I had ordered extra cheese, but when I took a slice, there was no noticeable cheese pull, and the cheese was barely visible—it did not seem like double cheese. The pizza box was also excessively greasy. I contacted the store manager, Kyle, to express my dissatisfaction. I explained the situation, and he asked me to take pictures and send them to him. I complied, but he responded that the pizza was fine, despite apparently not seeing the same pizza I had just consumed. For the first time, we did not finish the entire pizza; we usually eat even the crust, but not on this occasion. In short, I was not satisfied with the pizza or customer service. I paid $33.00, including a tip.

The food is great but the customer is deplorable. Two days in a row Wednesday and Thursday 30 mins for carryout. Today there we 2 pies on screen and yester there was only one. These are pizzas they have to make. Then the oven only takes 12-15 mins. It's vexing that it take 30 mins for carry out. There was three pies in the oven today but yesterday only one. Despite One person making pies, shouldnt take 30 mins. It would be much faster if ladies werent gossiping and acrually working in addition to other employes just standing around. This place used to be good but i see some staff change has cause employees to be comfortable with being lazy. You know qho isnt 30 mins wait for carry out even with 7 pies to make? Pizza hut and papa johns ( who had 9 pies today and i was still out in 25 mins. Suppose we will have to go bavk to papa or pizza hut. Sad because pizza at marcos is so much better. However, not that good to wait 30 mins for carryout when clearly you werent pizza.

I have been purchasing salads from
Here for the past two months due to a change in diet. Yesterday was absolutely the worst. Took a long time and the order was prepared wrong. With additional time they got it right but just threw together. And refused to give extra dressing that I paid for. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

Price is overrated for such a mediocre pizza place.. save your money and your taste buds and go to Little Cesar's pizza for the same quality at 60% less in cost.. this place gives out deals for 30% off and increases the menu price so the deal is not really a deal.. toppings and quality of pizza cook time is poor.. toppings didn't taste cooked at all.. I paid $30 dollars for a large pizza and a 2 liter of soda to be delivered, which I wish I never did.. do better..

Had a really shady experience here. I placed my order, and the cashier took my credit card, swiped it, and then told me the transaction didn’t go through. She insisted I had to pay in cash, so I gave her $20. Right after, I checked my credit card app and saw the charge had actually gone through. Even after I showed her, she still denied it.

I called my credit card company while standing in the store, and they confirmed the charge was processed. At that point, it was obvious she was trying to pocket the extra cash. Rather than argue, I just told her I’d fight it with my credit card company, but the whole situation felt like a scam.

The food might be decent, but I can’t trust a place where the employees try to pull something like this. If you go, be extra careful when paying.
