This location does an amazing job with customer service! Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and respectful. I’m a daily customer, and they know my order before I even have to say it. That kind of service really makes a difference.

Everyone is amazing there!! The management always makes me feel like family! Also chorizo sunrise is bomb
The beautiful team here was so welcoming and attentive. The location itself is so cute. We don't usually come to Einstein, but my husband and I decided on a breakfast date after my appointment. What a great choice. Ms. Jeanette even made me fresh coffee cause they were out, what an amazing experience, I'm serious- such a well managed place with lovely energy. Shout to young Micah working hard over there too! ❤🙌🏽

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a very good place to get a bagel fix. The bagels are pure quality, very soft, and full of fresh-baked flavor, with a perfect crisp outside. They offer classic plain, everything bagels, and specialty flavors. The schmears complement the bagels very well. The coffee is also very good, with the bold coffee noted as pretty incredible. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh and neatly made.
The store feels clean, bright, organized, and spotless, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Service is a standout feature, with staff described as amazing, great, super friendly, helpful, kind, patient, upbeat, and genuinely kind. They make customers feel welcome. The location on N. 5th Street in North Las Vegas received particular praise for its team and service. The restaurant has a drive-through and an app for ordering. Catering is available online, and customers can order a dozen, a half dozen, or a baker's dozen of bagels. Restrooms are available. It is a place that makes customers smile and keeps them coming back.
