Coming from San Diego only 1 mile from the Mexican border I didn’t expect much from this place. WOW i was wrong. The aqua chile was better then any i have ever had from San Diego or Tijuana beaten only by one i ate in Mazatlan Mexico. The molcajete plate was also amazing. I just coming here hands down. Next time i come back to Vegas i will be back. To put it simple this place isn’t good for Vegas. It Good for anywhere !
It should be noted that if you order empanadas they only give you 3 and they are small and they only give green sauce. I don't know if it is really sauce or lemon juice since it is super cooked. The filling of the empanadas is Mexican-style shrimp but raw without being cooked, it almost bothers me. I would dare to swear that it is the one they use for cocktails, so I didn't like it. The cocktail had no flavor. The mogarra was the only thing I liked and it came with rice...
Great mexican seafood spot. I grew up eating home made ceviche, shrimp cocktail, etc. on a weekly basis, so I am so picky at mexican seafood joints, because my dad's is so much better everywhere I go. However, the food here is amazing! So flavorful! I completely enjoyed it. The basic michelada hits the spot as well. Highly recommend this place.
