Market Place Buffet inside the Rampart Casino offers a wide variety of food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and modern, making it a great place for a relaxing meal. The brunch menu is especially impressive, featuring delicious options like spaghetti and meatballs, chicken pesto, and short ribs ravioli. The culinary stations include Asian Cuisine, Omelette Station, Italian Station, Soup, Salad and Fruit Station, Carving Station, American Station, and Dessert Station. The carving station offers fried fish and garlic fries, with fresh rotisserie meats sliced by a chef, adding a special touch. The Omelette Station is a favorite, serving fresh-made omelettes with fresh eggs, bacon, and breakfast sausage. The dessert selection, including cheesecake cake pops and carrot cake, is a highlight, with a sweet lady working the Omelette Station. The dining area is spacious with good lighting and nice tables and chairs. The staff, such as the friendly and smiling server Elvira, enhances the experience. While some dishes may be too salty or greasy, overall the quality of the food is great.
