The One Steakhouse is an excellent dining experience and one of the standout steakhouses off the Strip.

The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy, modern, and comfortable. Service is attentive, knowledgeable, and well paced. Staff clearly knows the menu and does a great job making recommendations without overselling.

The food is the real highlight. Steaks are cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and high quality. Sides are thoughtfully prepared and shareable, and the overall menu feels refined rather than generic. Everything came out hot, on time, and exactly as ordered.

The location inside Virgin Hotels makes it easy to access without dealing with Strip chaos, which is a big plus. It feels like a destination restaurant rather than just a hotel amenity.

Whether for a special occasion, business dinner, or just a great meal in Vegas, One Steakhouse delivers on quality, service, and consistency. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

Lacking servers. Sat for 10 min before even getting a menu. My NY steak was served rare which what I asked for, but was hard. Odd. Not heading back

for almost $700 for a party of four ended up taking us nearly 3 hours from when we were seated until we paid the check and left because the service was so slow and bad. They gave us the dessert menu but they never asked us what we wanted for dessert. They just brought the check. The steak was actually kind of dry.

First off, John(staff member who served my drinks) he was awesome throughout my whole experience there. I ordered a huge steak that was cooked to perfection, even the asparagus was great. But besides the super good food, John made the experience there top notch. I wasn’t dressed correctly for the restaurant but John didn’t treat me any different than anyone else, so shoutout to him for his outstanding service. Man deserves a raise just for being a awesome

Dined with a work team to celebrate a successful event, no regrets! While it is right off the casino floor, once we entered, a classic yet updated steakhouse vibe took over. Everyone ordered different cuts, and they all came out expertly prepared and with a crunchy sear. Highly recommend the asparagus spears on the side, and the skinny fries were perfect.

The bar is beautifully appointed, nice match for the classic vibe, and the whisky menu is sufficiently extensive. This is by far the best bar in the Virgin.

Went here for my birthday while in Vegas. Very satisfied with the service, the food was amazing and it was an easy find in the Virgin Hotel. We will be back on our next trip out!

Servers were not great, food took forever, was cold, gross and burnt. Over priced for not great food!!!

Service was great very prompt and attentive! The food was the biggest downfall for it being a steakhouse. We ordered a ribeye which was about $79 just for the meat, completely bland. There was no sear on it. Not normally a person that needs a steak sauce for a steak, but needed one for here and the steak sauce tastes like it's just Worcester sauce. They brought out some salt and steak seasoning so we could season our own steak. We got the gratin potatoes as a side which were fine, and the drinks were good!

ordered a med rare wagyu tritip. it came out burnt. no adjustments made. overall won't be returning til they get their act right

Steak was way under par compared to other top steak houses like Gallagers , Ruth , or Bloody Marys. Sides we're extra alacarte WTF. I mean really for the cost, there just potatoes or veggies not gold. Then the bus boy rushing us to grab our dishes we are dining drinking our wine. Save your money skip it!

Everything was good here except the steak. I had wagyu tri tips and my daughter had the New York strip. Both steaks were under seasoned and had tough bits. Mine was ordered medium and came out rare. But literally everything else was great. The service, the ambience, the bacon appetizer, the old fashioned, the bread, the Brussels sprouts, the mushrooms... the piano player. All great. But for a steakhouse the steak was not good.
