The staff has a major attitude problem. They are very judgmental and they think anyone that carries a backpack is automatically homeless. And they treat you as such. I went in there and had PAID for my food on my app, I had my backpack with my SCHOOL things inside. As Im waiting for my food I was harassed by an older white lady asking me what exactly i ordered, even though i kept telling her my name that was on my order. This McDonald’s is amazing every time I have a special question my order they have no problem for filling it. Their customer service are great and I will definitely continue to purchase from here.
Adrian their worker up front is a really hard working respectful young man helped me with my McDonald's app and was completely respectful and nice to my entire family making us feel welcomed along with exceptional customer service the experience was a really good relaxing one my kiddos played and ran around like crazy having a good time
