Today I was in McDonald’s waiting for my order and an elderly lady walked in slowly and one of the workers walked up to her and stuck out her arm and walked the lady to her table. I was so moved by the kind gesture I took this picture, talked to the manager and we emailed the picture to the district manager 🥰🥰
Well once again McDonalds you have screwed up my order.....it has never been correct anytime I have ordered food from you. So many bad ratings on FB page and obviously no one cares because service still sucks, pay for food and you do not get it.....just an extra tip for the incompetent workers there! Thanks for nothing.....boycott is back on!!!!

Another customer had a positive experience, praising the outstanding customer service of an employee named Desiree, who was incredibly helpful and polite, as well as an employee named Andrew, who assisted them with the self-service machine.
Additionally, a customer noted that a specific Latina employee provided great service, while the "rest of employees" were observed "standing around laughing, joking, just hanging out in the kitchen," which prevented the customer from receiving a 5-star rating.
