they let someone hold up the whole drive thru for 10 minutes, just chatting with the window, trapping some of us between cars. then when i finally did get my order the ice in my drink was melted. overall it was very disappointing how the restaurant chose to handle one problem customer at the expense of all of us behind them.

I always have had an amazing experience at this McDonald's! The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was perfect and delivered with a smile. Placed Uber eats order for breakfast items at 10 am, just now at 10:47 I get a notification saying that my order was cancelled by the store. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a couple breakfast sandwiches and a couple coffees let alone have the whole order cancelled. I have worked at McDonald's in the past I know how long each item takes to make and how long the whole preparation is, this is literally unexcusable.I will never be ordering from this location again.
