Lady at the window very unprofessional, after giving me my food and me asking if i could have 1 packet of sauce she said it was 11 cents, and when i tried to pay it at the window with 5 dollars (i didn't have change on me) she rolled her eyes at me and just handed me the sauce. I dont usually write reviews but that was shockingly unprofessional

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD This location is by far the worst place to order from—they consistently forget items, whether you use the drive-through or place a delivery order. I’ve ordered for delivery multiple times and they have repeatedly missed various items. Every time I use the drive-through, something is forgotten as well. I make a point to check my order at the window, and yet they still manage to leave things out. I hope management takes responsibility and becomes more attentive to their customers.

I’m trying to understand how a manager is working the register and you are there to pay for your order after they come in from outside and the first thing they tell you is your total no hello nothing S tech this is gotta be the worst location I’ve ever been to this is not the first time I’ve been here and experience bad customer service in vegas a whole tour city ridiculous

Service here was top tier. The best service I’ve received at any McDonald’s. Forgot her name but the team member helping customers at the kiosk was excellent. Short Caucasian girl with glasses. Also the staff in the kitchen was on point. Visiting from California we needed our McDonald’s fix before hitting the road. Glad I stopped here. Fresh HOT fries and hot filet o fish sandwich.
