Sometimes too many homeless people hanging around outside. Kiosks don't always work. Slow service

they did not answer my call. they picked up the phone and hung up. My children are hungry, and so am I. even the cat is hungry. I needed to get a 40 peice nugget for my 6 family members. half of them came out of me. and then the other day, me and my whole family tried to eat here because we where hiking and we were hungry. and of course they decided to kick us out because they thought we were homeless. we were looking to spend about 100 bucks there. I dont like this location. I feel like it needs to be shut down because of how horrible the services is.

Night shift is amazing I really like this mcdonald's but for some reason for the past couple of months after 10pm they shut the store down and everything is done manually so no matter what even if you're The only person in line is gonna take thirty minutes to get your food Carmina is a horrible manager

The workers seem inconvenienced that your there and never say anything when they give you your food. They say your number, you walk up and they throw ketchup in your bag and walk away without saying anything. They threw ketchup packets on top of my fries each time I was there. I have to fish the packets out of my fries. They never even asked if I wanted ketchup. The workers used to be so nice, now they are kind of rude. Also they never have anyone at the two registers they have available. They make drive thru the priority. Expect to wait 20 minutes if you go inside. Even door dash drivers have to wait. This was the afternoon shift around 2pm. The place looks nice though. They just remodeled but the workers lack customer service.

My recent visit to McDonald's was a stark contrast between two distinct realities: the exceptional and the disappointing.

On the one hand, Mary, a true beacon of brilliance, deserves the highest praise for her outstanding service. Despite a bustling environment and numerous coworkers, Mary was the only one who consistently acknowledged my presence, offering prompt and attentive service. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly refreshing in a setting that often feels impersonal.

Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marred by a distinct lack of attention from other employees. It felt like my request for a simple refill was met with indifference, as I waited for nearly 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. This neglectful service created a frustrating and disappointing experience that left me questioning the overall quality of service at this particular location.

While Mary's exceptional service stands out as a testament to the potential for quality customer service at McDonald's, the stark contrast between her attentiveness and the indifference of her colleagues raises serious concerns about the consistency of service at this location.

It's imperative that McDonald's recognizes the significant impact of Mary's dedication to customer service and encourages a similar level of attentiveness from all employees. This way, customers like myself can consistently expect a positive and enjoyable experience. Until then, my next visit will be a gamble, relying heavily on the hope of encountering another Mary.

I'm not one to typically pen a negative review, but this particular McDonald's is incredibly sluggish. It's perhaps the slowest I've ever encountered. The staff members are friendly, yet it seems they are severely understaffed. I ordered a frappe, only to find that the cup was broken. When I requested a replacement, to my disappointment, the new cup was also damaged. Be prepared to endure a wait of 20 minutes or more for any food item you order here. BTW, the restroom is locked for a key code unless they buzz you in, which means another 5 mins+. There are also flies while you eat, be prepared.

The food is great but the service is not as great they would mess up orders even if there was no one in line and always that night and in the evening and there will always be short staff It's not a great place to eat that

Went through drive thru yesterday. We were next person in line to have order taken. 30 minutes later we received our food. Don't know what too do long, didn't see big orders being handed out through winder. Fries were old and buns were hard. Will never go there again.
