Not taking orders in drive thru, causing backup at drive thru. I went inside telling them they need to put out cones or close off the drive thru, but they say they don't have them. Literally every car is reversing out of stuck.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees are unprofessional and rude, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Also these people seem allergic to sauce packets because they never add them to meals if they can help it. And then when you notice and ask for sauce they'll close the drive thru window in your face. I've been coming here for over 7 years after being forced to wait for over an hour for hot cakes (with no syrup of course) I will no longer be returning to this McDonald's. I hope the management staff is ashamed of themselves for running such a poorly managed restaurant.

Incompetent would be a compliment that these fools just haven't earned yet. This isn't just one experience, this is every order, every day, every single time. So I guess at least they're consistent.From the excessively long wait times to the rude and clearly untrained staff to the useless as a freezer in an igloo management, this place is a master class on inefficiency. When it comes to fast food the bar is already pretty low, but the staff at this particular location seems to have a knack for limbo dancing in hell because they manage to stay far underneath it at all times.Bravo people... take a bow, you deserve it

Worker (female) working at midnight 2/17/24 refused to give ranch even closed the window while I was still taking. Called management and sounded careless. Like I told the manager (also female) if you don’t like your job, QUIT!!! No need for an attitude! How much is the ranch going to cost your pockets?! Chicken nuggets were included in this order. Come on…hire better employees!
