Repeated my order 3 times and it was still wrong, was asked “you want a plane hamburger ” like it was the worse thing in the world. Have in mind it was a happy meal. Lady giving me the food rolled her eyes at me when I told her the chocolate milk was missing the straw she wanted to argue that it was there when it clearly wasn’t. WHY is this manager still here, the big female who does nothing but ignore the front side and have everyone waiting around for 30+ minutes for just drinks, on a slow day when the drive thru has no cars in it.. HIRE BETTER MANAGERS
Worst customer service. Horrible wait time especially when you’re the only one in drive through. ALWAYS get my order wrong. This morning I asked for an egg biscuit with cheese. Of course they charge me for the cheese, but they didn’t include the cheese. Simple order. The employees always seem sidetracked and put the customer last. I will no longer go to this location.
