I placed an order and when I got home one of my burgers were missing. I had to drive all the way home, but when I met the manager Cy, he immediately corrected the oversight and then gave me an extra fry for my inconvenience. I appreciated this attention to making it right for the customer.

Nightshift staff continues to close facility prior to listed times. 1 hr to 45 min early at times. Nightshift manager is poor customer service and blames closing on low staffing levels. Had to argue with him to get refund for mobile order that was verified.
