I was at the Washington/ ranch McDonald's today. Service was very good, Quality of my hamburgers was not good. Mayonnaise was way to much and the meat was very dry as if it was day old . The meat was also gritty, we will not be returning to this location. It was 11am on Tuesday morning, everything should have been fresh on the prep station.
My only complaint is that some morning around 6/7 am , the dining room is never open , wondering if it’s due to lack of staff or people don’t want to come to work. So if that’s the case they should put an sign up on door saying the when the inside dinning will be open to the public and add only excepting drive thru orders at this time .
My food looked like it was bitten and my other burger had someone hair
