We came here on a friday night because it was listed as 24 hours. The door was half open but the sensor wasn’t working so we opened the door. And this older lady came out yelling at us and getting super close to us kinda pushing us out with her body. kinda getting loud “i don’t know how yall got in here we’re closed!!!!!” when we asked why it said they were 24 hours she started yelling and was like “i don’t know and don’t care we’re closed why would yall come in here” super damn rude and weird

I didn't expect to go to McDonalds in Vegas but it was the morning of our flight and we were staying in PH so I figured why not get a nice cheap iced coffee.So I get there and the place is packed. It's a small room with about 10 kiosks to order your food and a small counter/door to the kitchen where they'd bring out your orders. I should have taken the hint because it was so packed and everyone looked annoyed standing around waiting for their number to be called. I thought, I'm getting a $1 iced coffee how long could this be. Boy was I in for a surprise.The lady picking up the food and calling out numbers had just the worst attitude. She never smiled, she was visibly annoyed at every single thing, she walked as slow as possible grabbing the food (even though it's like 4 steps from the counter to where the food was being made). Just the worst person they could have used for that job. And I could see into the kitchen, the food was sitting there for 5+ minutes before she'd grab it and call out the number.So I waited. And waited. And waited. *30* MINUTES LATER, and no I am not over exaggerating as I timed myself, I finally decided to call it quits and left. I started to realize I was the oldest one there standing and it was 1 iced coffee, not even any food. So I gave up and left. Just super disappointing that they don't run that area better given how busy the location is.

The food is good, but the service is very poor, perhaps because technology displaces human contact, which, despite the language, can be resolved.It is impossible for a place like this not to have bathroom service. Thanks to the nearby casinos it was resolved, but a small detail forces me to give a bad rating

☠️McDonald's has always been awful. All of you guys keep going there and then giving it awful reviews. Just stop going. You will be healthier and less stressed. Plus, if everyone stops going, they will go out of business and make space for something different- better, hopefully. (It wouldn't take much) .McDonald's food literally causes heart disease and diabetes and all kinds of other health issues. Please don't eat it or give it to your children. ☠️

McDonald's don't need any food reviews. They are pre-prepared and warmed up before serving, so touché to us still coming and going ? In this location, the staff was helpful when I asked her for assistance, so props to the staff!!! There's a line for the kiosk and another line to pick up order in a very limited space, but the wait time was quite reasonable. It took me about 5 mins considering how busy it was. The space area is really limited for dining, as of this writing, there's no second floor. But to-go is always an option if there's no available table.
