Memphis Championship Barbecue

Memphis Championship Barbecue is the heart of barbecue flavor. I can definetly tell it's the world champion. I like the applewood used for smoking. Also the magic dust and signature sauce is for sale! I use it frequently on my recipes and cooking at home. I don't know what's in the magic dust, but it's like nothing I've ever tried. Tl;dr eat the babyback ribs and pecan pie. My hippie friend recommended this place for its babyback ribs. He also explicitly told me to go to this location, not one of its sister spots. The ribs are delicious, as is the pecan pie. I also wish I came earlier (I ate here the first Saturday of December 2018). Apparently there are new owners. The customer service is really good but it looks like a restaurant that might be on its last legs. The food was very uninspiring. Maybe it's because I just returned from Texas and it's hard to compare but it actually reminded me of Bill Miller's BBQ which is a crummy cheap BBQ chain except I paid waaay more
