The flavor options were minimal, toppings selection was alright (I liked that we could top them ourselves). Froyo itself was okay, but I’ve definitely had better and it wasn’t nearly as expensive as this was. Fresh fruit was extremely fresh and looked super tasty though.

Menchie’s is a fun place with great frozen yogurt, but a recent visit was a bit uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I saw a lady getting upset because the store ran out of sample cups, and she was angry that an employee’s family got some yogurt for free even though I over heard it was a shift yogurt. She recorded them without consent, which felt unfair and inappropriate because I have a child myself. The yogurt is still delicious, but the situation made the visit less pleasant.

Clean, friendly staff. Mostly basic flavors, but there are good. The peaches and cream was my favorite of what I tried. Lots of topping options, and the price is fair. They do have vegan options as well.

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is always a great spot—clean, delicious, and friendly! During my visit, I saw a customer get upset and threaten an employee simply because her non-service dog wasn’t allowed inside. The staff handled it calmly and professionally, sticking to the rules for everyone’s safety.

I appreciate Menchie’s for keeping a welcoming and clean environment. Keep up the good work!

I love froyo! I also love that this place is so close to me! But the workers are pretty rude- so I think I'd rather go somewhere else if I can.

After ordering online for pickup I drove to the location to pick up my order and was told I needed to verify my order with my phone I explained to them that I did not have my phone but I did have my ID and payment card I used both staff members were rude and declined to use my ID I then drove back home and returned with my phone and still told I needed to prove it was me that ordered when I asked to speak with a manager both of the employees stated they were the managers I have ordered Menchies more times than I can recall the behavior of these employees was unacceptable and I will not be returning

Parking: Parking next to building.

Great place for UNLV students to hang out with great flavors and clean atmosphere. These two girls were super friendly yesterday when I came in.
