Loved the decor for the holidays. Food was delicious and fresh/hot, our servers were nice and the front desk staff were very kind and helped us take family pics. Would go back here often! Checking out their happy hour next.

I've been coming to this Restaurant for years I was totally shocked and disappointed with the service.The Restaurant was pretty empty I wanted to take my adult kids out to dinner for that my daughter drove 10 hours to see me. when we got there we were greeted with a new Server she seemed irritated and was quite rude we ordered our food and as the night progressed she ignored our table completely we waited an hour for our food other tables received their food way before ours one table ordered the same thing as my daughter. To can imagine how we all felt. my daughter had to ask for a knife form our server for her lamb chops and to my surprise she straight up ignored her so my daughter asked one of the other people working for one they brought it with no problem. My sons order was wrong again she wasn't around to even fix it or ask if we needed anything so again we had to ask another person to help with the food being wrong. By this time all of us lost our appetites our wonderful server literally came up to our table and threw down the check in an angry manner feeling rather upset I picked it and asked another server to please give my payment to her. I won't give the names due to I am a good human I hope no one else receives this kind of treatment when they dine at this restaurant. I will say if your a different from others please love and respect others we are all same no matter our heritage. Thank you

Although my combination plate was excellent, the most enjoyable part of the experience was interacting with five of the staff members. My friends and I had a wonderful time.. Thank you.

We've been here 3-4 times and have never been disappointed. Make reservations so you don't have to wait.

Last experience with this restaurant was awful reason being, we had reservation for 4:00pm which was good, we were the 2nd people who were helped & got seated at a table right away, and noticed 5 or 6 more groups who were seated after us. Then these people were attended & helped with our table completely got ignored. My husband was so annoyed, mad he got up complaining to the servers at their back kitchen. A male server came to our table & apologize and took our order right away. His point was our reservation was reserved & confirmed for 4pm (first appt online) because we were starving to make that first appointment & our table was helped the last. So making an appointment online via the Open Table App is not very effective, meaning even though you reserve your table selecting the first appointment you get served the last with the MI CASA restaurant.

This place is always a winner for us. Quality of food is fantastic. Also great drinks. Value is just OK as I think beverages are overpriced.

The service and the food were fantastic! T (the shortened name of our waiter) was so awesome. The guac is made right in from of you and T made an awesome guac. We got the fajitas and they were awesome! Chicken and shrimp were the best proteins. Definitely recommend!

Our Server "T" was excellent. We have had him before at he is very attentive. The Cadillac Margaritas were awesome. Had a BOGO deal on Fajita's that was also very good. We will be going back again.

Extremely polite fast service. Fun beautiful restaurant . And a stop by the huge aquarium as you walk through Bass Pro shop is an unexpected bonus!

Great food and the locations is just right. Service was a bit slower than usual but very polite.

We frequent Mi Casa a couple of times a month. Food has always been very good and service usually good. Last night the service was deplorable. Server was nowhere to be found. After chips and salsa were delivered one person had to wait 20 minutes for a draught beer, and a runner brought a bottle. Runner said that he would bring another draught (that took another 20 minutes with a reminder). Midway through our meal they turned on a commercial exhaust fan behind us and we could no longer have a conversation at the table due to the noise. Getting the attention of any employee was futile. I left the table and went to the checkin to get the manager. Manager finally got the fan turned off and comped part of the meal and the beverages. Hopefully a one time occurrence.

My wife and I ordered chicken fajitas using a buy one, get one free coupon. The service was excellent and so was the food.

The assistant waiter brought us chips and salsa right away. The salsa was bland. The waiter never came to take our order, even though the restaurant was not busy. Most tables were empty. After waiting for 30 minutes, without seeing a waiter, we left.

Everyone was amazing from the hostess, Tiffany to our server Tevita and the food runner Frank. They make the experience amazing!

Wife and I tried the BOGO special and the fajitas were great. Our server T did a great job, and we would certainly go back.
