If you don't mind sitting next to a dog on someone's lap while the owner is resting their dirty shoes on another chair, then it was great. Food and service was excellent but annoyed with the constant interactions between people and dog. A service dog should not be touched and should be in the floor, not with its head constantly on the table.

Hosts that seated us need more personality. We were not properly welcomed at all and I don't expect much these days (sadly). Our server had too many tables and was visibly struggling. (Not her fault). She did the very best she could but we were there way too long and couldn't get help beyond her. No one seemed to want to help. We finally asked a host to help us and as you can imagine from the top of my post, she wasn't thrilled. The food was great. Table side Guac is my fave!!!

We love this restaurant! The Cadillac margarita is the best ever. From chips and 3 salsas to entrees, it was very good. Great service too. Definitely give it a try. We eat here whenever we are in Vegas.

Have gone to Mi Casa a number of times and have been pleased with the food and service, However, went in the mid-afternoon and had different outcome. Got seated next to a table with crying child when numerous tables were available. Each element of the food order was extremely slow. Got our beverages, appetizer, and food very late. Noted that people who arrived well after us got their food much sooner. When the main course arrived, both had obviously been sitting around and were not very hot. However, the worst was the carne asada burrito, which was only lukewarm and had a taste reminiscent of freezer burn. If the server wasn't so nice, would have returned the food. If going back to Mi Casa, surely won't be in the afternoon.

We have never had a bad experience with Mi Casa, especially with Amelia as our waitress. We did notice this visit that staffing appeared low, our waitress was running through out the restaurant, not just her area.

I am a widow of 6 years. I am old. The older lady wanted me to sit on a bar stool and I declined. Then she told me I would have to wait even though I had a reservation. While I was waiting the younger girl came by and said she would seat me there were tables available. The older lady was upset with the girl for seating me. I would pay for other people if it's a inconvenience. But it seems they always treat widows this way.

My experience with my family was very nice. Our server Ayyata (forgive me, I can't remember her name) was lovely! Very sweet. She was very busy and wasn't able to refill our drinks for a while but the manger was able to help. The tableside guacamole was amazing!

We were seated right by the kitchen entrance even though there were a lot of open tables elsewhere. My view throughout dinner was of boxes and staff handbags, and I heard “corner!” all through my meal. Very loud and you can smell the smoke from the casino. Staff was friendly. Food and margaritas are just ok.

Service, personalities, and vibe all amazing. The food lacked in every way possible. Our server was a 10/10 for sure. Very friendly, great personality, engaging, and on top of things from start to finish. The food though..... not what one would expect from a Mexican restaurant. The salsas were all bad, especially their chunky salsa. Tasted like tomato sauce with chunks of onion. No bueno. LoL. Chicken tinga and Quesabirra Tacos lacked depth and the rice was red but maybe cause of food coloring - definitely not cause they cooked with authentic flavors... Drinks were also weak - like come on - this is Vegas. Where was the booze? All in all, it's a great place if you like nice people and flavorless food but I'm sure you can get that from your in-laws place. If you're looking for FLAVOR and SPICE - I'd skip this place and make it yourself with recipes from Food Network.

First time to eat at Mi Casa Grill in Las Vegas at Silverton. We found it to be a great place to eat Mexican type food. Our waiters were just great. They were prompt, courteous, and kept our soft drinks full throughout dinner. We would highly recommend Mi Casa Grill if you are in the area.

Wow! I don't know what changed but it was for the better. The last couple times have made me question returning. Last night! Fabulous! Service was good. Food was hot and fresh not like it's been previously. Who ever is in charge of the drastic changes gets a ?from me. One of my fav places in Vegas so I'm glad to see the changes for the better. See you soon!

First time eating at Mi Casa; it was good but not great. Food tasted good arrived hot and prmptly. Food, along with chips and salsa, was good but lacked seasoning. Very bland for a Mexican restaurant. Waitress was just ok, she actually took my wifes plate without asking if she was done. Seemed in a rush, even though there were empty tables, but when it was time to take payment for the bill, i had to flag her down. I would eat there again if i was in the area, but i wouldn't go out of my way.
