We frequent Mi Casa a couple of times a month. Food has always been very good and service usually good. Last night the service was deplorable. Server was nowhere to be found. After chips and salsa were delivered one person had to wait 20 minutes for a draught beer, and a runner brought a bottle. The assistant waiter brought us chips and salsa right away. The salsa was bland. The waiter never came to take our order, even though the restaurant was not busy. Most tables were empty. After waiting for 30 minutes, without seeing a waiter, we left.
The reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere is because they took out thr machines at the bar. I know most were broken but we enjoyed sitting there with a maragrita.
