About Mian Sichuan Noodle

Mian Sichuan Noodle offers delicious and affordable food, with friendly waitstaff and quick service. The menu includes standouts such as dumplings in chili oil, black wood ear mushrooms, and beef noodle soup. Recently, customers have praised the spicy beef noodles as delicious and aggressive, while the wood ear salad was described as refreshing, crisp, and flavorful. The restaurant is known for its use of Sichuan peppercorns, adding a unique numbing quality to their authentic Sichuan noodles. Although some mention that the meat could be fresher, their noodle dishes and appetizers have received high praise, making it a recommended stop for those craving spicy noodles in Las Vegas. Customers love the tempting $3 USD appetizer and $6 USD dessert. One customer expressed their deep appreciation, stating it is their favorite ramen spot ever. Another shared a positive experience, recalling a delightful meal that truly hit the spot.

THIS IS MT FAVORITE RAMEN SPOT EVER.
The foods amazing -
Pls have the owner contact me, why are y’all temporarily closed? I’m soooooooo sad right now

Great food at reasonable prices. The waitstaff are friendly and the food comes out fast. They are willing to explain the food with you if you have questions. The dumplings in chili oil are bomb (a bit spicy though) and the black wood ear mushrooms are spicy and tangy. Whenever I go to Vegas, I try to hit this place.

I highly recommen ded if you craving for noodle and spicy food. You won't believe it in Las Vegas. You can find $3 us appetizer. They don't have a picture menu. You have to scan it.I came two days in a row. I tried the beef noodle soup tomato noodle soup and cucumber appetizer . They are excellent and also don't forget order the dessert only $6.
