Michoacán Mexican Restaurant

I recently visited this lively restaurant and had a bit of a mixed dining experience. I started with a tamale, which was a bit of a letdown. The outside was almost cold, and there wasn't much meat inside. On the bright side, the little bit of meat I did find was really flavorful, so I could see the potential there.

However, the rest of the food really shined. The burritos were huge and absolutely delicious—not only were they generous in size, but they were also packed full of flavor. The rice and beans were tasty too, rounding out the meal nicely. But the real star of the night was the fideo soup. It was warm and comforting, with a great mix of flavors that left me wanting more.

In the end, while the tamale could use some work, the other dishes were so good that I’d definitely consider coming back for another meal to see what else they have to offer.

Just seems to have changed under the new ownership a bit. take out order hardly any salsa. You have to pay if you want any extra. Two enchilada dinner?25 bucks.. We've been going there for a long, long time.Little disappointing...

absolutely terrible, Im not the type to write reviews but I would not come back. I ordered beef tacos and when i went to take a second bite I saw a long black hair in the beef I pulled it out and was shocked. I have light brown/blonde hair so it could not have been mine. I get mistakes happen but when I told the manager what I found she didn’t she even apologize all she did was say there is no woman working in the back, but mind you if you go to this restaurant there is a glass window where you can partially see the back and there was a women employee that I could see from where I was sitting in the back. We think she was saying that just so other customers wouldn’t worry because there was other people sitting at the tables around ours, lying to cover up. We also got no apology she just treated us as if we were lying. Very unprofessional

So far, I've gone to the one in Henderson, the one by desert Inn, and this one was in centennial hills. No, thank you for this restaurant. I think the food is overprice.D for the taste.

Food was good, but service was slow. Took a very long time to get a waiter. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with Patron and it was $19! Seriously over priced for a cocktail. The decor is showing it's age. In our booth half the bench seat was flat and half had the cushion. The hostess was very sweet, and pico was really good. Not much else was memorable unfortunately.

This place is a gem… we are regulars and love the variety of food and the great wait staff… tonight we had Fernando again, who always remembers the subtleties of our order. The margaritas are amazing and the ambience is relaxed… my favorite is the Mojarra Frita…

I just picked my 17 year old daughter up from this restraunt as she was there celabrating her co workers Birthday. My daughter was treated awful her friends said they saw the servers pointing at her and make shewing motion with their hands. Non of the servers would come to the table. My daughter asked for water and they never provided it. Her co works had to ask to get this. Her co workers told her it seemed as though this was due to her being a lesbian and the way she looks. All 3 girls felt the nagativity toward her. It broke my heart when she started telling me about her experience at this restaurant and began to cry. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!

I lived here 36 years and this is my favorite place for now on to ear at The food , service and Atmosphere was truly awesome!!! it was the first time eating here as well.
