Crazy to have to wait 20 mins for orders that were not started, then listen to the dude yell and argue at two girls about how hes doing his job. What a joke. The cashier was kind and professional tho, she seemed to be the one making orders move.

Love the food but support doesn't help with issues. And their rewards program is a scam. They don't give you points

Pullout chicken wasn't barbecue caramelized. It was burnt. I mean bitter. I took it to go. I saw the server put the chicken into my meal thinking it was a caramelized char but when I took a bite it was burnt, over cooked and taste bitter and felt like charcoal. It was nothing like the place on St. Rose. I don't think I'll go back to the Cactus diner.

Food was delicious! My fam and I tried the Teri chicken, steak ,pork and tempora shrimp. All was very good, better than anything should be from a drive thru lol.

At the location on Cactus the staff is very friendly and always has a smile and greet you when you come in. The food that I bought was excellent the teriyaki chicken is the best area chicken I've ever had I love this place this is my new restaurant for takeout

Food is good but due the price you get not much. Small small pieces used to be much better

Also the pulehu is burnt damn my first meal and it's sad now I loved this place

The food here is so delicious! Ordering and pickup were very convenient.

Came by on 12/11/25. This was my first time trying this place out. Let me tell you that the food here is SO good! I ordered my food via mobile order right after my work as I was hungry and craving Hawaiian food. I got the combo plate with Teriyaki chicken, white rice, and Mac salad. I also got 1 spam musubi on the side in case I’m hungry. Everything was a good value. I spent about $20 and have leftovers. The cashier at the window was nice too.

I will definitely return!

My first time eating here close to work. Definitely looking for an alternative and feeling Islander! Customer service was great! Food looks amazing. Can't wait to try it again. Definitely a one-star Michelin in my books very affordable and fulfilling!

I've seen a few times and being from Hawaii I'm always skeptical... But I was pleasantly surprised how good it is. All the protein wasn't overcooked or dry. The sauce is very nice. Had to try the Mac salad, which had a little tang too it but not bad Mo bettah! The portion sizes are worth the price, made me feel like home being served plate lunch style. I also bought more to go to share with my husband cause he wasn't getting my leftovers.

Just moved into this neighborhood, my first time here I got the mini Teriyaki chicken and Datsun chicken very good full meal with a drink just under 15.00, food tasty staff friendly I will be back

Super clean place. Food is super fresh and they gave you huge portions. Really good bang for your buck and the food is good. High protein. Staff is super friendly. Fast as well

Note to self double-check your sauces before you leave because it really sucks to get spicy of everything including katsu sauce when you just wanted the plane regular sauce. Still a great place for Island food
